Dear All, Im trying to update a cards name with a number between brackets when it is entered to a certain list in my Trello board, however zapier is not giving me an option to set it for all cards that enter the list, its only giving me an option to choose a card in that list that already exists, can someone please let me know how to choose the option of all cards that enter the list should be updated. Good morning, I’m experiencing some issues on the developer dashboard with the Publishing tasks. I am aware there are some outstanding issues being addressed in that section of the platform but do not believe this to be a duplicate. I have created successful Zaps for my triggers that perform the expected tests in the Zap Creation process as expected. When I return to the publishing tasks and re-run the validation, the validation process doesn’t seem to register my Zap has been created. For instance, I have created a trigger that returns a record set of types of sources. Then, I create a Zap that uses that trigger (get_lead_sources in this case). The Zap functions as expected. When I re-run the validation, I would expect the steps related to a Zap not being created to go away. I want to use info gathered using Twilio in a custom mySql query, but I can’t seem to find info entered during Twilio phone call. The only info that is showing up in Zapier is info about the call ie caller id, location of call, zip code etc., not the info the customer entered using their phones keypad.
What I am after is to find a solution for me to stop having to follow up on every un-answered message of mine that is addressed to our account manager on Slack.So I need a logic to trigger X hours after I mention our account manager’s username in a specific channel if they do not reply to that message of mine and drops a reminder message into that channel.If the message with the mentioned username is not in a thread, the reminder should arrive as a reply in thread.If the message is already in a thread, then the reminder should arrive as a message under that thread.Reminders should keep coming every Y hours if the mentioned username is still not replying.Reminders should stop (or not arrive at all) only when when the mentioned username is to write any reply upon the mentioning their username.Not sure if Zapier is the way to go or is it easier if I just research for an AI based chatbot for Slack which I can probably train with the requirements above?
I know what I’m trying seems redundant, but I’m attempting to do the following:User places a woocommerce order on Site A Zapier links that order to second site The woocommerce order from Site A, places an order for a woocommerce product on Site BI’m going to make the product on Site B free, and hidden from view, so that I can just keep track internally. We offer a custom music making platform, and I want orders placed from clients on Site A, to send the order to Site B, as Site B is the one who gets the orders to fulfill. Is this possible?
Hello, I receive an email each day that includes a link to a spreadsheet, which I would like to ultimately place in google drive. I was successful in getting the basics of this to work through a zap thanks to this post, however it appears as though when Zapier accesses the URL it goes to a sign on page. Is there a step I can add in to have it enter the sign on information?

I made all the steps to go through No data collected I am using videoask and zapier I want email and name from videoask and send to my mailingboss account from BUILDERALL But I never get any data collected from videoask The S.E.O from Videoask made a Live with me to try to fix the problem but until now after 40 minutes no response. Hi All, I am setting a zap so that when a box is updated in Notion it send an email via outlook. I have set up the trigger as Updated database item in Notion. However I can’t see where I specify what item I want it to work from. I.e there are lots of properties in the database but I want it to trigger the email when the “Project Completed” property is updated. However I can’t see anywhere to add that? I don’t want it to send the email anytime there is any update on the database. Is anyone able to assist please? Thank you!
I have successfully set up a Zap to enter a sale when a customer makes a payment through Stripe. But how do I set up the Stripe payout so the Zap moves the money in Wave from Stripe Payments holding account to the bank account?
I am trying to use the “Create Records (With Line Item Support)” which can at max create 10 records.I want to transfer table data from docparser to my airtable. Sometimes the table will have more than 10 records but if zapier could just intake the first 10 and ignore the records that go over the limit that would be okay. Is there a way to do this? Is there another work-around I’m not thinking of? Happy to provide more context if necessary. Thanks!
Hi,I have read about 15 different posts and the documentation on WooCommerce but I feel like I am missing a crucial step or I don’t understand how to loop or something.I am trying to add an order to my WooCommerce backend from Checkfront (an online booking solution). Checkfront gives the data in a line item format, it just does not include the SKU - I have created a lookup table to lookup the sku values but I can only figure out how to look up one.Source data from Checkfront:I transformed the items field into individual fields (however I am not convinced this is correct) - since the source data is in a proper array I think I should be able to loop through it somehow...Here is the lookup table:What I need to do is get each of the line items above into the wooCommerce action with the SKU matched from the table above…

I have just set up some subscription via Stripe. Right now my customers don’t have payment methods on file, so I need to wait for them to pay their first invoice to make it automatic.However, I would like to be notified if they received an invoice and didn’t pay it before the deadline. I have set up another zap that removes them from membership on the external platform if subscription is cancelled, but that happens 30 days after non payment.Is there a way to trigger an email if the invoice has not been paid on time in Zapier? Which event should I use for this?I’m not very technical, so if there is an easy way to set it up without having to use webhooks that would be great.

Hello, To cut things short, I am experiecing errors when creating JS for-loops with Zapier Code. I have pasted in some dummydata instead of working with inputData for arguments sake. Whenever I try to run this code, I always get an error that ‘i’ is not defined. The point is that I am looking for a targetID, given that it matches my originalName. To my understanding there isn’t anything wrong with the code. Perhaps someone could point out what I’m obviously not seeing? I'm wondering if there is a way for tweets that contain images or multimedia to display in the email notifications you get when a user tweets. For example, if someone tweets some text with an image, the email will show the text and then the image is just a link to the tweet itself. This isn't as helpful because then you still have to open the tweet to see the full details, and if the tweet is later deleted then the link is dead. Is there a way to configure the zap to show the media in the email, or is this a paid feature? Any code or workarounds?
Hi, is it possible to transfer a zap from one Zapier account to another one? Someone upgraded the wrong Zapier account and the majority of the zaps we have been working on are in a free account. Is this possible to move the zaps in the free account to the paid account?
I have a Zap which simply uploads an attachment from my email to Google Drive. However, I specifically want to trigger it based on putting a label on the mail, not trigger for each attachment as I add the label manually after having received the email. Without the Attachment trigger, it seems impossible to loop over the attachments individually. I considered everything:- Can I have a double trigger, first trigger on label then attachments → No, other way around is possible with filter but that won't trigger as I don't add the label on receiving the email.- Can I use webhooks to chain triggers → No because the trigger of the second webhook must be the first webhook, so you still can't add another trigger.- Can I somehow loop over the Attachments field → No because it is a single URL that hosts all documentsMy last effort was to loop by number over Attachment Count. Hi, I am trying to link google sheets to slack in a way that when someone updates the amount of one particular cell on Google sheet, an automatic message is sent on slack channel with the updated amount of that cell only. However, the issue is that anytime an amount is changed above that specific cell, Zapier sends 2 messages on slack, one shows the amount of the cell that was edited and the other of the cell I want (this is Total amount).

Hi everyone, Thank you all for helping me in my previous post about mantaining style when sending mailchimp campaigns and automating a post creation in WordPress.As for now, I am able to mantain my mailchimp campaign style in my wordpress site. The problem now is:A big white blank box/space appears before the content of the campaign, i have used the inspect tool and the box has the following content<p> == $0 <br> <br> <br> <!-- NAME: 1 COLUMN - BANDED --> <br> <meta Content-Type content="text/html; charset=UTF-8"> == $0 <br> <meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0> <br> <title>*|MC:SUBJECT|*</title></p>Why is this content inside my html? If i copy/paste my HTML code directly from the mailchimp campaign this problem wont happen. It only appears when automating the process with Zapier. Has anyone else faced an issue like this?
