Hi i have conned Square Register thru Zapier to Wave Accounting. Now im getting all of my Square Register sales for the last 8 years in my accounting. I only want the last financial years worth. is there a way around this?
I need a workflow to pull a table from a spreadsheet once a day, and send it through an email. For reference, here’s what the table looks like:And here’s what I need the email to look like:Essentially, I know that it would have something to do with the use of custom HTML in the “Body” section of the “Send Email” action using gmail. Is it even possible to carry over all of this formatting, let alone feasible?
I’m trying to create a folder in SharePoint, eventually tied to a Gravity Form submission. However even the most basic hard-coded details aren’t working. Here’s a ss of the zap: Test results in: After doing a little sniffing around, I was pointed towards an article where admin privileges for apps needed to be allowed in Azure, which I’ve done. I’ve deleted and reconnected the Zapier integration using my account credentials and I’m an admin/owner of the SP site. Any ideas? Has anyone run into similar issues?
I am attempting to nest my Fundraise Up action step in my zap, but the app is greyed out and says ‘By Invite’. Does anyone know a work around or solution for this?When I try and add Fundraise Up to my zap.
Zapier interfacesNew form page with an action to navigate to another interface page and “send data to this page”. Im trying to understand how “send data to this page” works as i want to use this data as a filter in a table. I tried using a filter in the component on the next page with the filter referencing the original page form reference but not working. Any ideas or guides?
I’m trying to use the Google Sheets - Update Spreadsheet Row(s) action - from a previous action I have the Row Numbers that I want to update, but I want to have the same information filled into those rows, and that information isn’t in line item format. So I have single values here: But multiple values here: So only the first row is getting data. Is there a way to repeat the same data for all rows, without them being line items? Alternatively, is there a way using Formatter-Utilities or another tool to make these single values into line items? Thanks!

i have a Zap that creates a mail merge letter (thank you letter) for a donation to a nonprofit. my field in Airtable is a currency field with 2 places after the decimal. when the number goes through the Zap and into the Google doc, it loses that formatting & gets formatted just as a number. So a donation of $51.50 becomes $51.5, which obviously looks weird in a thank you letter.i tried using Zapier’s number formatter to make sure that my field is formatted as currency, with 2 decimal places & the dollar sign, but it’s still removing the final zero(s).Google docs does not seem to have field switches like Word does (F9) for mail merge fields, or at least i couldn’t find any instructions on the internet for that.any ideas? thank you!

I have set up a piece of Python code that gets triggered by a webhook.When I test run the Python code I do not get any error. Also, the Zap has been triggered a few time now without logging any error. However, nothing happens as a result of the Python code. My goal is pretty simple: to open a certain file in a google Chrome tab. My python knowledge is limited. Also. I do not need this to be working in Python; I would be happy too if it is done using Java.
Problem: I am having a problem with inserting a table of line items from an Airtable invoice. I am looking for some form of format to not have to use Google Sheets. I try everything and was unable to separate each item into a separate row. I tried formater to use the comma to line break but then the dollar format ($1,000) got all chaotic. It would essentially use the comma in the $1,000 to break it in half and separate it down.Goal: Add Airtable Line Items to Google Docs Invoice that is automated from Zapier.Note: I don't want to use Documint, Quickbooks, Google Sheets, or even Page Designer.

I’ve got a Zap to pull a deal from Hubspot to Notion, but the multi select deal properties are empty. Even Zapier says “No data” for these fields when I test the trigger and I map the fields. Can someone help me please?
I have one Zap that creates an AirTable record whenever a customer makes an Acuity reservation. A second Zap monitors Stripe for the credit card transaction, subtracts the Stripe Transaction Fee off of the Stripe Amount, and I want it to search for and update the relevant AirTable record, but I can’t get that step to work. The Stripe->AirTable Zap in question starts with Stripe, builds in a delay to ensure Acuity/Zapier/AirTable have time to create the AirTable record, then Formatter subtracts the Stripe Transaction Fee off of the Stripe Amount, and Formatter changes Stripe’s date-time format into what AirTable stores from Acuity. At this point, I want Zapier to search AirTable for whatever record has *BOTH* the client’s name (from Stripe) *AND* the formatted time of when the booking was made, then update that record with the formatted income amount. I think my Search Formula in the AirTable search step is breaking, but I don’t know why. It is as follows: {Client Name}= "<

HiI have developed a private integration for my own software. I am using this to connect it with a CRM for real estate agents. Everything is working but I have a question.I have a workflow when an estate updates in the CRM the estate also updates in my own software. In this API call I have a check that if the estate does not yet exist then do NOTHING. But the Zap still counts as success while nothing has happenend at my end.Is there anyway to not complete the zap when nothing needs to happen?I hope you understand my question! Thanks in advance.

Hi!I’m trying to put Typeform submissions into Airtable, where I want some multiple choice questions (for expample: choose 3 out of 10 options) in the Typeform to convert into tags in their respective Multiple Select column in Airtable. But anytime I submit a Typeform, those fields are filled with a single tag which contains the comma-separated string I get from Typeform. I tried splitting those strings with Formatter, and sending split tags in their respective Airtable fields, but then, it would only send the first one to Airtable and ignore the rest. I also tried every combination of commas and semicolons. Formatter > Utilities > Text to Line Items step also didn’t work.How can I change that?
Hi all, I am trying to set up a ZAP between ClickUp and Asana. Connecting with Asana was fine, however Zapier couldn’t completely connect with ClickUp: it finds my ClickUp workspace, but then not the “space” (see screenshot). I am not an admin on this workspace, as it is a client I am working for. Maybe this is part of the issue? Any ideas? THANKS

I am trying to build an action that runs whenever a successful pipeline build has run in Azure Devops. For this I use the build event, select the respective pipeline and project. When trying to select the build status the dropdown does not show any values but just an error. The build status should be Success. When entering Success as custom value I can go to the next step and test the trigger which results in an error due to an exceeding payload size. Thanks!
hello sir , i am using twilio for sending sms , i want to send bulk like 20k sms per day but i dont want to send bulk sms at the same time , like i have 20k numbers in my database , and i want to send sms to first 5k people at specific time eg. 10am , and after 1 hour hour , i want to again to 5k people sms , and after 2 hour i want to send again to 5k people , now till now total sms send to 15k people , and finally after few hours , i wanna send to rest 5k people and done , i want to repeat this process everyday but everyday numbers will be changes , please help me , i never used zapier , i am confiused in zap , so please guide me, thank you.
