Zapier Webhooks Errors

Hi I am trying to use Zapier Webhooks to send Unbounce Lead Form Submissions to my CRM system. My CRM is not on Zapier so that’s why I am using Webhooks. My CRM systems has  RESTful API Web Service that we can use for to collect lead data from forms to be pushed directly into our system. I have tried to setup the Zapier Webhook - the info from Unbounce is coming into Zapier but its not being pushed to my CRM system. I keep on getting this error “ Invalid data or no data supplied” for DataOut. What am i doing wrong?

My Clickfunnels funnels don't show up

Hello,I have got only 3 funnels and they don’t show up. Even if I type in the custom ID for the funnel - I don’t see any pages. I am really struggling here and don’t find the problem. My Clickfunnels Account is successfully connected with Zapier. And even after 24 hours I don’t see my funnels..

Hello! I’m needing a help with a downloaded call recording from Ring Central. I downloaded the call to mp3 option and when I open it in computer, it says that it’s empty. But according on my call log, it’s indeed a connected call.

How to retrieve multiple records from a GET webhook and display them in an HTML table

Hi everyone, I would like to retrieve event data via a GET webhook and then write the data to an HTML table all at once. In Postman, the API call outputs several data records. In Zapier, the webhook step only gives me one record at a time and creates as many new HTML tables as I have records. My question - How can I retrieve all the data in the GET call as JSON and write it to an HTML table?Find here some screenshots:Thank you,Kind regardsElias

How to transfer hyperlinks and formatting (bullet form and etc.) from Jira to Trello?

Good day, I created a Zap to automate the creation of new issues in Jira so they are also created in Trello. Is there a way that I can transfer hyperlinks and bullet points from Jira to Trello? It seems that the bullet list was not transferred to Trello. Here’s a sample of my data from my description. Not sure if I’m using the right one. Hoping someone can help me with this. Thank you

SMS field not populating in Mailchimp from Zoho CRM via Zapier

Everything is being populated correctly however the SMS field in mailchimp is not being populated. I have seen another situation on her regarding bark to mailchimp with the same issue. Any ideas how to fix this?Name, phone number and email are all being transferred to the according field in mailchimp. However the ‘SMS Phone number’ field is not being populated even though i’ve selected it on zapier.

Connection issues with Facebook Ads leads in Zapier

Hola! Conecté un formulario de facebook ads a una hoja de excel por medio de zapier y si le pongo test si se registra ese lead, pero cuando llega un lead real no se registra, no se si sea por algo de los permisos, a alguien le ha pasado? Hi! I connected a Facebook Ads form to an Excel sheet through Zapier, and when I run a test, the lead gets registered. However, when a real lead comes in, it doesn’t get registered. Could it be a permissions issue? Has this happened to anyone else?

How to disable sending notifications when sharing Google Drive folders?

I manually share google drive folders to my customers, and in the native google drive sharing UI there is an option to NOT notify the recipient. I prefer to not send notifications, since I include the link to the shared folders in other branded communications and the default notification just confuses my customers.I successfully set up folder sharing in zapier, but the sharing action results in notifications getting sent. Is there a way to disable the notifications within the zap?

Zapier homepage and zap page not loading with over 20 zaps

Zapier homepage and zap page not loading. Tried everything. Its been like this for 3 days now. I refresh the page and click on the zap but then all my zaps disappear until I click anywhere again. I then do this over and over with nothing ever loading. Can’t use, edit, rename, duplicate or create any zaps. I really liked Zapier up until the last few days. Seems like once I have over 20/25 zaps it just wants to start shutting down

"Find new records" fail and present me wrong records

Hi :)I am setting up my first zap,And it should be triggered by a new opt-in on Systeme.io in one of my funnel,Zappier recognize the right funnel and the right optin pageBut when I start the “find the records”Not only it doesn’t find the only record I createdBut it shows me old records that don’t belong to this funnelThe contact I have run the test 7 timesSame answer and it’s not good( I will connect to an SMS app after, the goal is to send SMS after optin)Do you guys have any idea what could be wrong?Thanks  This post has been edited by a moderator to remove personal information. Creating a Packing Slip from Wave Invoice in Google Docs or Sheets

I would like to create a packing slip in Google Docs or Sheets after I create an invoice in Wave. I set up the trigger on Zapier for Wave new invoice. It works. I use the formatter Utilities and line itemizer to separate the two lines I have in the invoice, one for each product and quantity. It works. Then I create an action for Google Docs to create a new document from template. The text I get on the document is two product names side by side, separated by a comma and the two quantities right next to it, separated by a comma. What am I doing wrong?

Hi,Can I integrate multiple facebook ad accounts to send me leads into one google sheet or notion database?So basically can I have leads from multiple clients (which all have separated add account) automatically sent into one google sheet or notion database?If yes, is there a way to differentiate between what ad account is each lead from once it’s integrated? OpenPhone Zap isn't pulling good test data from OpenPhone to Freshsales Suite.

i’m trying to get calls and texts (both incoming and outgoing) from openphone into freshsales suite. when i’m testing the zap, i keep getting useless “sample” files from openphone, even though i’ve texted and called my openphone account multiple times. it just can’t seem to pull good test data - which is prohibiting me from actually completing the zap. how do i get this to work?

Zapier x Housecall Pro - I want it to tag each customer differently based on their job tags?

I am working with a carpet cleaning and restoration company and I want to set up a Zapier integration between Housecall Pro and MailChimp. I’ve connected it correctly and it is working, but in order to properly segment the audiences in Mailchimp, I think I need the Zap to change based on which job tag they have. For example, if a customer has a job marked completed and that job was tagged as “water restoration,” i want them to get a specific set of follow up emails in Mailchimp that are related to water restoration. If a customer has a job marked completed and that job was tagged as “carpet cleaning,” they should get a totally different set of follow up emails. I initially tried to workaround by having the Zap just come through as “job completed” for everyone no matter what, and then adding the job tag text into the customer field in Mailchimp. Then I was trying to use customer journeys in Mailchimp to say -- well, if John has a “job complete” tag and a customer note of “water restorat

Hey, One of our clients is using HubSpot as their CRM, and I’m currently setting up some automations with Zapier for our operations. However, I’ve hit a roadblock. We’re automating leads who respond to campaigns into HubSpot, but we also need to include the reply message from the lead somewhere in their contact information. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a way to add a note or create a task in HubSpot through Zapier. Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?

Typeform to Zapier to Hubspot - missing field information

I have a contact form at the end of a Typeform questionnaire that I’m trying to get into Hubspot. So I’m using Zapier as the middle man. I have it all hooked up, and Zapier is pulling all the right info from the contact form. When it sends the info to Hubspot though, all I’m getting is a First Name and Last Name. No other information shows up. BUT when I tell the Zap to “Retest Step”, then I can see all the information is in Hubspot. Does this sound like a plugin issue? This might be impossible to check without going into my account, but I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem. Thank you for any help.

How to get Shopify metafields to Zapier

Hi!So my problem is basically that i need to give personalized link to customer with custom variable for my shopify product. For example if a=123 “www.shopifymyshop.com/myproduct?a=123” and customer purchases that product through link and then i could read variable “a” with Zapier. I have set up metafield for my product in shopify but i can’t see that metafield/metafield namespace/key in zapier after i make purchase and zapier shopify app gets triggered. Also zapier shopify app has option Find metafield data but no luck with that either. Couldn’t find any examples how to use that.Any ideas how to get this done?

How to add a Xero quote link to WhatsApp reminders in Botspace using Zapier

Please remember that this is a public forum and to remove any sensitive information prior to posting.Hi everyone.  I have a Zap, which sends a reminder WhatsApp (Botspace) when a quote is about to expire (Hubspot deal). Botspace has the ability to include a unique link to each follow-up whatsapp, I would like to use that field as the Xero quote link (so customers can click the unique link on the whatsapp message) and go straight to their quote).Does anyone know how to add that step to my Zap? I have added some screenshots of the existing setup.The complication is some customers have multiple deals, so I need to find the one that meets the criteria for them to be added to the Hubspot list - see the below example

Acuity to Mailerlite Zap disappeared

I had a Zap that was collecting new mailing list subscribers into a Mailerlite group from new appointments in Acuity where the subscriber selected ‘yes’ to a form in Acuity.It’s disappeared and I’ve realised I am not collecting new mailing list subscribers in Mailerlite as a result.What has happened? I can’t seem to build a new Zap to do it either!I am on a free plan.
