I have a lead generating company I use and they are not in zapier. the recepient of the zap is Arive and they are in Zapier. how an I get my lead generating company(Mortgage Research Center) to send the leads into Arive(leads tab)?

If Mortgage Research Center has an API, is it possible that they can send a webhook every time a lead is registered? If that’s the case, you can use the Webhook trigger in Zapier, which will receive the lead information. Then you can filter or parse it out and add it into Arive.
Otherwise, if they are filling lead data manually, have them add it to a shared Google Sheet. Then that Google Sheet becomes the trigger any time a new row is added.
