One of our clients is using HubSpot as their CRM, and I’m currently setting up some automations with Zapier for our operations. However, I’ve hit a roadblock.
We’re automating leads who respond to campaigns into HubSpot, but we also need to include the reply message from the lead somewhere in their contact information. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be a way to add a note or create a task in HubSpot through Zapier.
Do you have any suggestions on how to solve this?
