Hola! Conecté un formulario de facebook ads a una hoja de excel por medio de zapier y si le pongo test si se registra ese lead, pero cuando llega un lead real no se registra, no se si sea por algo de los permisos, a alguien le ha pasado?

 

Hi! I connected a Facebook Ads form to an Excel sheet through Zapier, and when I run a test, the lead gets registered. However, when a real lead comes in, it doesn’t get registered. Could it be a permissions issue? Has this happened to anyone else?

If your Zap isn’t triggering for actual leads, check Zap History for errors, verify your trigger setup, ensure the Zap is turned ON, and check permissions by reconnecting your Facebook Lead Ads account if necessary. Additionally, delays may be considered due to API limitations.
