How to disable sending notifications when sharing Google Drive folders?

I manually share google drive folders to my customers, and in the native google drive sharing UI there is an option to NOT notify the recipient. I prefer to not send notifications, since I include the link to the shared folders in other branded communications and the default notification just confuses my customers.

I successfully set up folder sharing in zapier, but the sharing action results in notifications getting sent. Is there a way to disable the notifications within the zap?

Currently, when using Zapier’s Google Drive integration to share folders, there isn’t an option to turn off Google Drive’s automatic notification. This is due to a limitation of the Google Drive API, which Zapier uses. Notifications are triggered when permissions are changed or added. You may request that this feature be added by contacting our Zapier support team.
