Thank you, @Troy Tessalone. My history in Zapier all say “Success”, and all the information is listed in the proper fields. So then I have to assume that the issue is with Hubspot? Or maybe with the Zapier to Hubspot plugin? I suppose I should be on the Hubspot message boards instead… not very experienced with this. Thank you for your help.

It’s been a little while since you’ve posted here so I wanted to check how things are going on this—were you since able to get this sorted?
If you did, it’d be great if you could share how you solved it so that others coming across this thread in future can benefit from your experience!
And if not, can you send over some screenshots of a recent Zap run as Troy mentioned, and we’ll dive in! Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
