Typeform to Zapier to Hubspot - missing field information

I have a contact form at the end of a Typeform questionnaire that I’m trying to get into Hubspot. So I’m using Zapier as the middle man. I have it all hooked up, and Zapier is pulling all the right info from the contact form. When it sends the info to Hubspot though, all I’m getting is a First Name and Last Name. No other information shows up. BUT when I tell the Zap to “Retest Step”, then I can see all the information is in Hubspot. Does this sound like a plugin issue? This might be impossible to check without going into my account, but I wanted to see if anyone else had this problem. Thank you for any help.

Thank you, ​@Troy Tessalone. My history in Zapier all say “Success”, and all the information is listed in the proper fields. So then I have to assume that the issue is with Hubspot? Or maybe with the Zapier to Hubspot plugin? I suppose I should be on the Hubspot message boards instead… not very experienced with this. Thank you for your help.

It’s been a little while since you’ve posted here so I wanted to check how things are going on this—were you since able to get this sorted? 

If you did, it’d be great if you could share how you solved it so that others coming across this thread in future can benefit from your experience! 🙏

And if not, can you send over some screenshots of a recent Zap run as Troy mentioned, and we’ll dive in! Make sure to blur or remove all personal information (names, emails, addresses etc.) from screenshots before sharing - you can use a tool like Zappy for that.
