Everything is being populated correctly however the SMS field in mailchimp is not being populated. I have seen another situation on her regarding bark to mailchimp with the same issue.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Name, phone number and email are all being transferred to the according field in mailchimp. However the ‘SMS Phone number’ field is not being populated even though i’ve selected it on zapier.

Hi @alex555

For us to have more info, post screenshots showing how your Zap steps are outlined and configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible.

Hi @alex555,

Welcome to the Community.

To troubleshoot issues with the 'SMS Phone number' field in Mailchimp, ensure it is set up as a text field, not a number field. Phone numbers must follow the E.164 format. Use Zapier's Formatter to adjust the format before sending data to Mailchimp if needed. If the issue persists, share more details about your Zap setup for further troubleshooting. Obscure any sensitive information within the screenshot for security purposes.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Turns out this is an issue on Mailchimp end and not Zapier

Thanks for looping back with an update here @alex555!

Hi - I have the same issue, but Mailchimp are saying I have to contact Zapier…?

I have taken the phone number, and converted to text, then put into E.164 format, but it’s still not working.

It doesn’t work, don’t bother wasting your time. I just use clicksend now wayyyy better and the customer support is really good. Maybe in the future I’ll come back to it as it has better analytics.
