Hi,

Can I integrate multiple facebook ad accounts to send me leads into one google sheet or notion database?

So basically can I have leads from multiple clients (which all have separated add account) automatically sent into one google sheet or notion database?

If yes, is there a way to differentiate between what ad account is each lead from once it’s integrated? So I know which lead belongs to which client when I check google sheet or notion database?

Thank You

I would set up one Zap per Facebook Ad account and have them all update the same google sheet.

Add a column into the sheet and on the New Spreadsheet Row action include the name of the Facebook Ad account. This could be static text for each account allowing you to segment them in the spreadsheet.

With this approach you’ll be free to add any account specific steps into the workflow if and when needed.

I hope that helps you get started. Any question just ask,

Hi @dariusz_damps,

Welcome to the Community.

+1 to Badger. You can integrate multiple Facebook ad accounts into a single Google Sheet or Notion database using Zapier by creating individual Zaps for each account. Each Zap triggers when a new lead is generated and adds the lead's data and the ad account identifier to the database. Adding a custom field for the ad account name or ID allows differentiation between leads from various accounts. Separate Zaps and access to each ad account are required for this setup.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
