Hey everyone!Just joined the Zapier community and I'm loving this automation app. Right now, I'm setting up an automation between Hubspot and Notion. In Notion, I have two pages: "Clients" (which has client contact info) and "Projects" (where clients can find useful links and info). Here's what I've got so far:When the Lead Status updates to "open" on Hubspot, Create a new entry in the Clients database in Notion with the contact info from Hubspot. Create a new entry in Project database in Notion named [Hubspot Contact Company Name] x Jean-Baptiste.However, even though I've set up a default template as "New page", when the last step is completed, it still creates a blank page. I remember seeing a request about this last year, is there another way to go about it?Thanks a bunch!
Zap: New Message sent to Page in Facebook Messenger Don't see your Page listed below? You were probably granted admin access after you added your Facebook Business Account to Zapier. Re-add your account to view it below. This does not resolve the issue. Any ideas? Using ipad: might I need to use a pc?
Hello! Can someone help me with the problem? I created a connection, when to Google Sheet new info adds, I get an email with that information. But, there is such a problem, when the new row is adding, they send an email with all the rows that were before in different emails. But I need to get the email, only with the information in a new row. Does anyone know the solution?
Hi,At the moment I have my zap set up like this…Where it uses 8. to return a boolean if the email exists in the table.Then 9. continues if the boolean is true (re: image), but is there a way I can do the check within 9. without needing 8?Something like thisWhere eMail Address, is a column in a table that’s updated previously in the zap. I have several Zaps connected to one particular Google Sheet. I need to add several hundred records in this Sheet and I don’t want to trigger each Zap. I know I can temporarily turn them off one by one, but is there a way to pause all Zaps connected to a Google Sheet for a period of time?

I’m trying to update a contact in Hubspot based on a webhook from Dripify.The flow I’m trying to set up: Contact replies in Dripify → Creates/updates contact in Hubspot → Adds contact to a workflow in HubSpot.The issue I’m seeing is with passing the right info into Hubspot. I’ve set it up so a contact replies and I see a contact creation, and they get added to the Hubspot workflow. However, the contact record in Hubspot is completely blank (no name, email, or anything) because the information is not getting properly passed from Dripify. I’m using Find Contact in Hubspot but I have no idea what to put in the first search property value or the create values. The most important information I want to be able to pass is the first and last name, email, and company name. I need at the least a last name to identify the person who responded via Dripify.

Hey guys, Im new to Zapier, I didn’t find a beginner friendly way to achieve this. I want my Zapier to reply in threads to messages in a few Slack channels if they happen to have any of the few set of keywords in the message body. And it should only reply to those messages, if my Slack status say “Working remotely” I want it to say something same and simple every time, like - “Yes” Few nice to haves -It will nice to have if the Zap once triggered and actioned, takes a break for a set amount of time, say 2 hours. It will be further nice to have if my control over this is a bit more dynamic; in short, it would be really nice to have if i can snooze and activate this when i want. Once it sends a message in slack threads, it would be nice to get notified in Whatsapp or preferably by SMS or by a missed call. Also please tell me at what level of Zapier price plan I need to have to achieve this. If everything is doable in free plan, that will be super nice, but don’t have high expectations.
Hello, I cannot connect Zapier to my WooCommerce store. I bought the Check Out Pro plugin from ThemeHigh, because it states very clearly that it supports Zapier. It's also the first one to pop up when searching for plugins in Wordpress. The WooCommerce Zapier one didn't even show up when I searched for that, only later I discoverd it excists. At first I kept getting a 404, file not found message. Now it has changed to this: We hit an error adding your new accountauthentication failed: HTTPS (secure) connection required.Make sure you click "Allow" or "Accept" on the permission popup Double check your Account has the correct permissions Check out our help docs for more information I don't get a permission pop up in wordpress, I have enabled zapier support in the check out plugin. Hi. I am trying to trigger a “sent” invoice in Freshbooks to close our deal in Hubspot using Freshbooks invoice number and Hubspot deal number which are both custom number and similar. I always get an error when it’s time to trigger acfion in Hubspot thus my Zap is never completed. Is there anyone here who can help me with this? It will be much appreciated.
I’m prototyping a new Zapier integration. We want to allow customers to create multiple connections to our application using the OAuth 2.0 flow. We want to display the connections on our website similar to how Zapier displays connections under the app folder. However, we cannot tell the difference between when an OAuth 2.0 flow is initiated for creating a new connection or refreshing an existing connection. So if we had a list of a connections on our end we wouldn’t know if we should insert the connection into our database or update an existing connection. Is is possible to obtain a “connectionId” or configure Zapier to pass a connectionId or something similar whenever an OAuth 2.0 flow is initiated, either for the update an existing connection scenario or creating a new connection? Or is this not possible to do or against best practices to display multiple connections if there are.
Every time I try to login I see my zaps for a fraction of a second then am brought back to the login page. I’ve seen the other articles regarding this but haven’t seen how to actually solve it. How can I fix this?
I have 7 images that are uploaded daily to a google drive, at the end of the day. I want to combine all those 7 images into a Single PDF document.
I have set up Zapier to send an email after signing up with Weblow. The Zapier flow works well, if I added contacts directly to the contact list in Mailjet, but I can only do tha, if the people double opt-in.So I want to send an email instead of saving the contacts. But whatever template I use, Mailjet won’t send an email via Zapier. The Zapier flow is green and it also counts every attempt I’m doing.But I do need pointers to where it is wrong. I have no error message what so ever.I use different email addresses, nothing in spam. I waited for hours as well.

Hello, This might be of limited practical use, but I was wondering if it was possible to make a recurring Zap that queries selected connected app credentials to see if they had expired or otherwise failed. A client deprecated a former employee’s email and as a result, several credentials failed. Since no data was being parsed to a Zap, no errors were kicked off. I had though App Status might be what I was looking for, but it only seems to check for reported outages of service, not individual credentials.

I have some birthdays in a google sheet. Birthday DAYs in one column and birthday MONTHs in another column - so today 13 (for 13th) in column C and 4 (for April) in column D. How can I trigger an email when the birthday is today?(the info is populated from a form in Convertkit which cannot store dates, only text).
My leads come in to Gohighlevel, then I have an online booking link to book appointments through my medical records system (Aesthetic Record). I can give me leads the link to book online onto Aesthetic Record, detect if they clicked the link (Through a trigger link), but I cannot tell if they have booked an appointment and Aesthetic Record does not have a way to signal back to Gohighlevel (No pixel or code allowed in Aesthetic Record). Zapier can copy appointments from Aesthetic Record into a Google sheet. My idea is build a zap for this, but my question is if there a way that I can ZAP that appointments contact info from Google Sheets -> BACK into Gohighlevel and detect if this is a lead that is already in our pipeline (Therefore detecting that this lead has already booked an appointment in a workaround way) removing it from further contact, basically detecting an automatic successful closing of a lead?
Hello! I’m not sure if I’m expecting too much from Zapier but I’m keen to roll this out for my firm’s pitch proposal process, if it can do what I want it to. We hold all of our experience of previous works in Google Sheets, all categorised by industry and work type. Can Zapier: When a new tender is put into Monday, the trigger to be when a new entry is made into column “industry type” eg mining Zapier to search the relevant Google Sheets worksheet, and find experience relating to anything that has been categorised as “mining” from a cell The information from this cell that holds the experience in “mining” to be copied and inputted into the tender template in Google DocsThanksAlison
