I’m getting this error in a zap between kajabi and zoom: [{"code":"3027","message":"Host can not register","description":"Refer to URL: https://zoomappdocs.docs.stoplight.io/zapier"}] My zoom page say the app is pre-approved. Any suggestions will be much appreciated. Thanks, Joey  

Folks, we’re all working from home now. I live on Zoom, and love Pipedrive. But I can’t get a Zap set up to offer me the option of a Zoom call whenever I set up a call in Pipedrive. Went through the sequence on Zapier setup, but it doesn’t happen! Help an old luddite stuck in his home office.

Hi all, I wish to achieve the following, not sure how to as I have no coding background The apps involved are jotforms and infusionsoft Trigger --> JotForm filled (Fields: {{Infusionsoft_ID_first}}, {{Infusionsoft_ID_last}}, {{Email_Body_Text}}) Action --> Send emails by using Infusionsoft one by one, loop action is needed as below: Begin Loop 1. find and match {{Infusionsoft_ID_first}} with actual infusionsoft ID in infusionsoft 2. find the email address I wish to send the email to (each infusionsoft ID may have 3-5 email address fields) 3. send the email to the email address with the text in {{Email_Body_Text}} and other fields in the correlated infusionsoft fields 4. Delay for 1 minute 5. increase the {{Infusionsoft_ID_first}} by 1 (assume the ID is numerically sequential) End Loop until the ID number equals {{Infusionsoft_ID_last}}   Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Hi, I am getting the same error “We had trouble finding a sample.” as on the screenshot, to test connection with GitHub to make a new Zap. Ran through the most help pages about GitHub but none of them was helpful unfortunately. Hope any of you know any solutions.

My goal: Zap data from Monday.com to a Google Sheet when a new entry is added to a specific board on Monday.My problem: Although I have identical columns in Google Sheet as I do on the Monday board (and data seems to be flowing between them), the columnular data from Monday seems to be arriving as a key:value pair (almost like JSON). Is there any way to extract this into separate fields for the Sheet? In the screenshot (which I've tried to remove any identifiable info from), you can see that the Name field maps well, but as soon as we get to the next Sheet field ("Google Ads ID"), I basically get all of the rest of the data as one field called "Column Values". Is this just an issue with Monday.com's API or is there something I can do to further extract that data?Thanks in advance!

Hi All,  Have some little problem here Right now i manage to have a Zap set up that is working 95% of the time, unfortunately i am having problem with the remaining 5% of the time My Zap is scanning new email that contain attachments and sending it to G Drive before sending it to the cloud printer. Unfortunately,When a .pdf and a .png (in the form of an email signature) gets uploaded to the Drive, Zapier Zip them together and the next process gets halted I dint see a way for me to specifically tell my zap to just upload .pdf files .Is there any work away with it?

Hello May be a dumb question but, I'm trying to find the zap that has a specific webhook URL inside of it. I have the URL of the zapier webhook But I just don't know how to find which zap is associated with that URL. If anyone has a suggestion on how to do this I would really appreciate it thank you

I am stumped.  I’m wondering how do i get students who enroll into a specific paid course in Teachable, to then zap over to mailer lite for automation of emails (thank yous, congratulations etc...)?   I know how to set up a zap from Teachable to Mailer Lite, but i can’t see where it only takes students who enroll into a specific paid course.   Please help :-)

Hi,   I’ve just created my first Zap!   What it does is create a new row in a Google Sheet every time an email matching a certain criteria is received. The criteria is that the email must be from one specific email address. The columns in the Google Sheet are: Date, From, Subject. Body & Attachment.   I have tested my zap by sending an email from that email address with a .jpg file but I have received an error that says: There was an error with Google Sheets: Object of type LazyFile is not JSON serializable.   I have no knowledge of front end development so could you please let me know what I can do to fix this.   Thank you!

I don’t see a zapier link that can currently connect a BambooHR employee to a QBO employee. Is this something that can be made? I am trying to have BambooHR be the only place employee data will be entered or updated.

Mailchimp doesn't send an opt-in Mail for somebody who is currently unsubscribed but wants to resubscribe. What can I do? The event I am using is find or create. And the ‘update existing’ field I have left empty which equals ‘yes’.

Hello community! My name is Jordan, and I am trying to create a next-level Zap, but my question is: Is it possible to trigger a Zap only when a specific template in a Docusign account is used?

My company uses Acuity Scheduling to schedule appointments.  Right now, the Acuity Appointment Type field has two sets of data in it, separated by a colon.  For example, “Room 1: 3 Customers.” I would like to use Zapier to update an AirTable database that has separate fields for “Room” and “# of Customers.”  Ideally, Zapier would identify the Acuity reservation being made, “Room 1: 3 Customers” and put everything before the colon into the AirTable “Room” field and only the numeral after the colon into the AirTable “# of Customers” field.  Is there a way to have Zapier process the reservation as a colon-separated (or -delimited) field?

I’m trying to send a message through Revetize once a customer is Installed on my SalesForce account. My problem is, my only option on Zapier is to create a new customer. However, if I’ve already created the same customer previously how can I just send the message without creating a duplicate customer?

I am trying to use the functionality of Create Document from Template in Google Docs, but I cannot seem to have it find a file outside of my personal Google Drive, and have it link to one that is in a shared google drive. I need it to reference the template in a different drive, and then put the customized file into a fully different shared google drive. Does anyone know how to pull this off?

Hi, I’m new with Zapier and I can’t succeed in setting a “simple” Zap apparently…. I’ve connected My Hubspot & Gotowebinar instances. I can easily select my Hubspot list but I don’t see any of my “upcoming” Gotowevinar session prompted in my select dropdown…. only choices are past sessions from a long time ago.   have you experienced the same trying to select a GTW session? have work around to get this connection set?   Thanks Michael

I have a Zap that adds data to Salesforce. One of the fields initially had a character limit of 6. It was working for a time, but the data coming in began to exceed that limit, so an error occurred. I went into Salesforce and increased the character limit on the field to 10 and re-ran the steps of the Zap. On the same step I got the same error: The weird thing is that when I go through the setup process the note below the field now says “This field has a limit of 10 characters.” but I still get the “maximum of 6 characters” error when I test the step.  

Trying to connect Getswift to a Squarespace form. The issue is with the Pickup Full Address and Dropoff Full Address fields.  If I leave them blank, it doesn’t work, if I set them to the Squarespace Full Address field, it doesn’t work.  I tried just adding the city and it went through, but that doesn’t give the necessary detail for the Getswift purpose.   Received the following errror: Got 400 calling POST https://app.getswift.co/api/v2/deliveries, expected 2xx. Screenshots of the setup and error below.  

Hi, Since 2 days ago, I have not been able to connect any of my Facebook account to my zaps. The weird thing is, the zaps that are already turned on are still running and posting to Facebook group just fine. But the zap I accidentally turned off to switch the Facebook account cannot be turned on again because the Facebook account just won’t connect. When I click on the “connect here”, a new window open and close in like 2-3 seconds, and for a brief second, it shows the account was connected, but then it immediately switch back to the screenshot below. Anyone else experiencing similar issue?

Is anyone else receiving this error when trying to choose a Facebook page as a trigger? We’re having trouble loading 'Page' data in step 1 - hide details The app returned "Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request". It looks like the server for your connected app is down or currently experiencing problems. Please check the app's status page or contact support if there are no reported issues. We made a request to graph.facebook.com and received (500) Internal Server Error.   Any help or workaround with this would be greatly appreciated! Thanks :)

Today I edited my Facebook form.  I added 1 field for a blanc message.  When I want to Customize my Spreadsheet Rows he recognises the extra row that I added in the sheet but he doesn’t pull in a new example message because the earlier form submits didn’t have the extra message field.  He only pulls in the old forms.. And so they don’t contain a message field yet…  How can I solve this?
