I have my zap set up and it works.
My problem is the ‘line amount’ field in Zapier requires (suggests) a non-taxable line item amount. Shopify’s integrating exports the following field ‘line items Price’ which includes Tax. and does a tax calculation separately.
Obviously this throws out the Sales Receipt in QBO as it calculates the tax on the ‘line items Price’ and inflates the incorrect price.
I have tried to do a ‘numbers’ zap to make the line items field ex.vat, but I can’t seem to get that to work either!
Any ideas!?
