New contacts added in Google Sheet not added to Sendinblue automatically

Hello, I have a problem with the automation of the Zap.I want to link Google Sheet and Sendinblue.The test works: the new contact on my google sheet is added to my sendinblue contacts when I select the contact on Zapier.But when zap is activated and there is a new contact on my Google Sheet, it does not get added to sendinblue. I have to select the new contact on my zap, it is not automatic.How do I do this?Thanks in advance

Hello:I want to use parse in order to send data to click funnels. We have define in the template email where are the data like name, surname etc. however click funnels zap only detect or select email data.How to put more data? ---- also I would like to import more data and create in the contact information special fields in click funnels. I have to do this with inputs field in a opt-in funnel. Could be possible to extract and to fill in in click funnels inputs field with zapier? Sincerely,Magalie

How do I integrate Autopilot with Magento 2 to track newsletter signups during checkout?

I am trying to integrate from my Mangeto 2 shop to Autopilot. It is easy to get Zapier to ad customers to a list in Autopilot, when a new order i made, but I can’t fined the parameter that tells my, if the custormer has signed up for my newsletter during checkout. Xero new purchase order not activating zap

I’m trying to make a zap where a new purchase order on xero is then added to my excel spreadsheet. Once I approve the Purchase order in xero it does not start the Zap? even though that is how its programmed. The only way i can get it to work is to make the zap start when a purchase order is saved as a draft, not when approved, which is an annoying way around things. How can I get it to work as intended?

Move zap from one Pipedrive connection to another

Howdy!I currently have a zap that is associated with pipedrive connection #1 and want to move it over to pipedrive connection #2.I have tested both pipedrive connections and they are working.I have changed the associated account within all the zap steps over to connection #2.I’m running into my problem in the Create Deal in Pipedrive step of the zap.I have confirmed that the Stage option is accurate.When I test the Send Deal to Pipedrive action it gives me the error “The deal could not be sent to Pipedrive. You do not have permissions to do this. Please check developers...”I’m not sure what is going on. The only thing I’m changing is the connection.Thank you

Data taking 20 minutes to flow through Zap

i can see that the error has being fixed !! but i am thrown with a new problem, its talking more than 20 minutes for data flow to happen from intercom or calendly to pardot !!! before it used to happen in matter of seconds !!! i am still testing an intercom leads and its been around 25 minutes now and still not showing in pardot !!! please fix this ASAP @william @Danvers

Zap history page - the Issues indication

In my Zap History, the Issues column shows the total number of Issues that have occurred.  It is also Yellow. After both filtering for active issues, and also looking through all runs and not finding any run that was not successful, it appears that Yellow indicates that there are no active issues. And the number shown indicates issues that were resolved.Is this correct?  Or am I missing failures or warnings somehow? I do not remember this yellow color coding from a couple months ago - I think I recall that when I did get an email  of an issue that the color coding was Red, but then cleared to Grey and showed 0 once I fixed the problem.Thanks,John

Eventbrite integration with Google Sheets

i am testing out zap too keep live link to the data stored in our eventbright ticketing system.. we need to be able to keep the records live and updated too the existing database stored inside eventbright system..so when a user changes any of the fields in the ticket it gets updated in to the sheet, is this possible with zap? i have done a few test tickets and gone back and change the persons name and telephone numbers and it does not get reflected back into the sheet on google drive , stil with existing name and phone numbers.

Zap runs successfully without updating Airtable record

Hey guysI use Airtable forms to collect sign-up data that subsequently is used to populate client profiles on Webflow. Close to what Connor from Unicorn Factory is doing. To enable clients to edit these profiles I need to update the Airtable records with the Item ID’s from Webflow CMS.Using Zapier is great because my coding experience is nul. Less great when everything works besides the “Update Record” action that should populate the corresponding Item ID rows in Airtable. As it worked last week, I’ve exhausted numerous setups to no avail.The Zap looks as follows:New Record In View Text Conversion from Markdown to HTML Create Live Item ID Update Record Text Conversion from Markdown to HTML Create Live Item ID Update Record Update Live Item ID (Reference)Analysing the run shows the correct data is present in & out.Any suggestions, alternative setups, direct solutions are very welcome.Thanks in advance!

WordPress account not connected, Facebook Groups upload photo error

The photo could not be sent to Facebook Groups.The app returned "Your photos couldn't be uploaded. Photos should be less than 4 MB and saved as JPG, PNG, GIF, TIFF, HEIF or WebP files.". The file size is 100kb ????????????????? I am starting to lose faith in this program it won’t connect to wordpress - will not send a picture of 100kb - having multiple options for sending media on the drop down is confusing as one app wants one selection while another needs you to select some thing else. It has not been easy at all and I have to edit posts once they have been sent because it doesn’t pull things properly which takes my time up which you claim to solve???

Can’t select Typeform Email Address field in Mailchimp step

Hi,I’m trying to link Typeform to my Mailchimp account with the aim of adding new entries to a Tag within Mailchimp.When i go to setup the Zap I get to the stage where it says select the email address from the form so it knows what to place into Mailchimp.But on my Zap my typeform only allows me to select “Form Responses” which selects all of my questions which is an issue as I only want to select Email Address.Does anyone know how i stop it from only giving me the Form Responses option so I can then just select email address? Thanks

Prevent Zap A from running if Zap B has run in the last X minutes / with the same variable

Hi all, Hope you’re well. I’ve been a bit stuck on this issue: I’m looking for a way to ensure that one zap doesn’t trigger another zap, without using custom fields.  For instance, Zap A fires - Zap B DOESN’T fire because Zap A has fired within 1 minute. Or, even better: Zap A Fires - Zap B DOESN’T fire because the email used in Zap A is the same as the email used in Zap B

How do you set targeted inventory on a Shopify ZAP when creating a new product?

I need to auto create new products in Shopify from a Data export in Google Sheets.It’s working up to the point of stock Quantity.The issue is there is no where to stipulate Tracked Inventory in creating a product and so I am unable to set the Quantity of the new product until the product is marked as so.Should I use a WEB HOOK API in between creating a product and setting inventory or is there a simpler way to do it?
