Question

New contacts added in Google Sheet not added to Sendinblue automatically

Hello, I have a problem with the automation of the Zap.
I want to link Google Sheet and Sendinblue.
The test works: the new contact on my google sheet is added to my sendinblue contacts when I select the contact on Zapier.
But when zap is activated and there is a new contact on my Google Sheet, it does not get added to sendinblue. I have to select the new contact on my zap, it is not automatic.


How do I do this?

Hi @Margaux Ctt 

Make sure to test with a unique email address each time so that you can trace and troubleshoot.

Make sure to refresh SIB after testing your Zap.

Are you using a double opt-in for your SIB List? (if yes, then the contact may not appear until after they’ve double opted-in)

Okay,

 

Yes, even when refreshing the page, the contact is not added. I have to select it on Zapier.

The list is not double opt-in
