How do I integrate Autopilot with Magento 2 to track newsletter signups during checkout?

I am trying to integrate from my Mangeto 2 shop to Autopilot. It is easy to get Zapier to ad customers to a list in Autopilot, when a new order i made, but I can’t fined the parameter that tells my, if the custormer has signed up for my newsletter during checkout. Can any one tell my how I can solve this?Best regardsMads

Hello!  Thank you for your service, it makes life easier!   We’ve set up automation where data is sent from Google Calendar to SpreedSheets. Unfortunately, there is an issue when the description of the event from the calendar pulls into a table. Below is a photo of how it looks.   Could you please solve the problem so that the text is immediately pulled up without unnecessary characters.

Trying to create a zap between Microsoft Outlook and Excel but can't find the table in the drop down. How to fix this?

I’m just getting started on zapier and setting up my first zap but finding it a bit confusing. I’m sure this is just because I’m technologically challenged but could anyone help me figure this out? I can’t find the table (s) from the excel worksheet I’ve selected in the dropdown. How do I fix this?

EKM to QuickBooks Zap - how to reduce task usage

I have a Zap that links EKM Sales to QuickBooks to create a Sales Receipt. To make the zap work I have 5 steps that convert the VAT rate to a code (the receipts tend to be split rated) for each line item  (number.spreadsheet.formula) work out the price before VAT for each line item (spreadsheet formula), work out the delivery before VAT (number.spreadsheet.formula) and each line’s subtotal (Utilities) Work out the code for the bank the sale has been sent to (paypal or current through Stripe)  (spreadsheet formula)This means each zap is 6 tasks and eats it’s way through my allowance quicklyIs there any way for me to combine these tasks?

Asana + Google Tasks Integration that is currently being used: When you create a new task in an Asana project, Zapier adds that task to a list in Google Tasks.   Is there a way to do this only for the tasks that are assigned to me?    Edit to add: I figured it out :)

Zapier creating multiple folders of the same name in DropBox from Pipedrive

Hi - I’m trying to create a zap that, when triggered by a particular action in Pipedrive, bounces over to Dropbox and creates a folder in the form of {Company City}/{Company Name}.  However, while it does that fairly nicely - there’s no way (that I can see) of first checking to see if a particular folder exists.For example, if I’ve got 3 companies in Boston named A, B, and C and I run the zap once for each company, what I get is:/Boston/A/Boston (1)/B/Boston (2)/CInstead of A, B, and C all being sub folders of a single Boston folder.  Ideally, I’d like the Dropbox end of things to check and see if the ‘City’ folder exists already.  If it does, just skip the creation of the ‘City’ folder and just create a Company one. Is this something that can be done with Zapier as-is, or would it require digging into the API? Thanks!

Newbie - Formatter

Hi All, I’ve got a zap that sends the google form data over to a google doc.  The google sheet contains some data that is 3,2,1 or 0, it's a scored question. Is there a way that I can get formatter to read a 3, and replace that with the word ‘Met’ on the google doc, Similarly, 2 to ‘Partially Met, -1 = Not Met and 0 = Not Relevant. So in essence I’d like the google doc to list out the questions with Met etc next to each one depending on the score. Can’t fathom this one out :/ CheerMIk

My Zap stopped running because formatter is returning a 500. I checked Zapier system statuses and it says all up.  I’m sending 15 lines through it to separate by new line. Trying to find or create a google doc then append text to new or existing doc

I take notes from meetings in email then send it to mailparser to extract (a) who I met with, (b) date, (c ) notes, and (d) our commitments/due dates. I have been able to use search and create to create new docs when the don't exist and they append the data from that meeting, but the subsequent meetings they don't. Does anyone know where I can find more extensive documentation on the google docs/drive? I can use multiple zaps with three hard coded paths per but what fun is that?

I created my first Zap: Create Klaviyo subscribers from new Squarespace form submissions.I tested it and apparently there are no errors.Once the zap was live though, I added a few emails to my Squarespace subscription form and they were not uploaded onto my Klaviyo List.This was last night. I gave it some time as I read there might be delays but this morning the emails are still not there.

Suddenly Zap triggered a ton of times??

I made a small change to a Zap (maybe the 4th or 5th step in a flow to look something up based on a different field) and then went back to Task History to make sure I hadn’t interrupted anything in progress, and suddenly found that it had been triggered 30 or 40 times, at exactly the same timestamp. There’s nothing I changed that should have kicked those off. (The trigger event is a form in JotForm that sees maybe 5-20 submissions in an entire day. Nothing should trigger 30-40 times in one second.) Fortunately they all hit an error - but what caused that? I’m really concerned about creating junk data with this integration so I’d like to know what might have happened. Thanks for any ideas!
