I really am stumped on how to figure this out. I have read several articles regarding the integration but still I cannot figure out how to create a zap with my tools affectively. It has definitely been a frustrating experience. Any help is especially appreciated! <3The tools I have is:PagerDuty- incident management toolStatusCake- Website performance monitoring toolMonday.com- ticketing system toolSlack- Communication tool Right now I have Statuscake sending alerts to Slack. However, Statuscake does not have enough zap integrations on zapier to get the severity of the issue and cannot properly work with monday.com.I used zapier to format the message from the Statuscake alert in Slack and to hopefully make a ticket in Monday.com. I am trying to add information in a google form. I created the form and omitted to ask a question. Now the participants have already filled in the form and some were assisted by community members. I am not in a position to enter their specific details next to their names and addresses. I am planning to ask some members to send the name and surname with number of children, The missing information is the number of children. I already have the name and surname in the form. The coming name and surname from this email will have information that is not present in the form. In the form I have created a new column for number of children. I need a zap that will identify the matching names and add the number of children to the google form created column

Keeping Sheets in Line with Clickup

I am looking to create a zap that keeps my sheet in line with my clickUp account. So when a task changes in clickup I want it to also change on the sheet. I am happy for this to be a one way connection (sheet doesn’t need to change clickup). Here is where I am having trouble - if I have a task (call it task 1) and I change the status I don’t want to to see task 1 twice (each with its own status) what I want is task 1 to reflect its new status. Does anyone know how to do this?

Can I make my Gmail-Slack integration only send a message once when a specific email label is applied?

What I want to do is when an email receives a certain label it will send a message in Slack. This works fine. The issue is that I only want it to happen once, but when people talk back n forth in the email thread it keeps sending Slack a message. How do I get it to only message in Slack once?

Hey All,Good Morning - hope you are doing well today. I have a question/scenario where I was wondering maybe if I can your feedback on what I am trying to achieve.I currently have two Zaps: Customer Registation:Successful Payments: The scenario for the two zaps is that when a customer fills out an Airtable form via shareable link, a record is added to the airtable database table, then a Stripe Payment Link is created, and then shared with that customer to the email they used when completing the airtable form. Once the payment has been successful, that customer should then receive another email mentioning they are now a registrant of Zoom meeting via Zoom. Zapier automation will automatically register the customer once successfully paid for the program/event. As the backstory, the overall flow is that I have a list of different programs/events on my website that I want customers to sign up for. Hello Zapier Community,I am currently using Zapier's OpenAI integration for my project and have some queries regarding data security and privacy.As per OpenAI's data usage policies, "OpenAI will not use data submitted by customers via our API to train or improve our models, unless you explicitly decide to share your data with us for this purpose. You can opt-in to share data." I wanted to understand if the same policy applies when using the Zapier OpenAI integration.My specific questions are: Does the data passed through Zapier to OpenAI for processing adhere to OpenAI's data usage policies? In other words, is the data used only for the immediate request and not utilized for improving OpenAI models, unless I explicitly opt-in to share it? The intended workflow involves an automation trigger (i.e., google sheets) when I receive an email query about a specific topic (for instance, "X").Upon receiving such an email, I'd like to input the sender's name and the title of the requested information (such as "Real Estate", "Wills", etc.) into a google form. How do I track daily Stripe sign-ups, excluding @test.com accounts, and send a report to Slack?

Hi there, I’m trying to create a Zap that will report to a slack bot each time a new registration happens on stripe. I hooked up my stripe account to Zap and the process works. Whenever a “new customer” event comes from stripe, a message is sent to slack to the channel I designated. However this is where this gets tricky. I want to count the amount of daily sign ups and exclude test accounts that have the @test.com suffix. I tried adding a schedule or even an internal storage from Zapier but I can’t get the flow to work properly. Any tips would be appreciated. P.S- I chose the username stripe by mistake but found no way to change the username in the account settings
