First time creating a Zap. I want my Zap to create a Stripe payment link triggered by my scheduling app and then to redirect customers to it so they can pay immediately without me having to manually send the payment link to them. So the customer would schedule and then see the Stripe payment page. I can get the Zap to create the Stripe payment link without a problem, but don’t know how to get it to redirect there.
I’m working on a Zap that will create a new record in Salesforce based on a submitted Squarespace form. The Squarespace form has several picklists in it, including one multi-picklist. Using Lookup Tables in the Formatter by Zapier app, I’ve been able to successfully map picklist options from Squarespace into the correct picklist value in Salesforce for four different fields. However, I’m running into an issue with the one field that has a multi-picklist in Squarespace (think “Select all that apply”). The Salesforce field I want it to map to is also a multi-picklist (meaning you can select multiple options). Using the same method as I did for the regular picklists does not work. It does not work even if I only select one option on the form. The example below was a dummy form I submitted where I selected two options. In the Salesforce contact that was created, this field was left blank. What can I do??
Hi there, I’m trying to have data from my ClickUp cards do into a Google Doc. Each ClickUp card is an article our team has published, and I am looking to transfer that data to a dedicated Google Doc. The issue is when I choose “Task Custom Field Value” I get a string of data related to ALL the custom fields I use. The only custom field I want to transfer to the Google Doc is the “Live URL”. Is there any way to set this up?As it stands, the zap generates several rows in Google Docs, with each row using a different custom field from the string generated.Thanks!
Hi,i am trying to set up a zap to update a google sheet row, if webhook captures a replied LinkedIn prospect. I got the error message when testing at the step 3, which says, ‘unable to parse range…’ To let Zap know which row to update, i added Look up spreadsheet row step 2. But the result seems doesn’t link to Step 3… At the Step 3, ‘Row’ item below, what should i fill in? I tried with some fields, it always returning error testing result.
Hello, I am trying to create a zap that will automatically take information from a candidate’s profile in Tracker (the candidate tracking software I use) and send it to an activity in Tracker. The way I figured I could do this is by using Excel. I can automatically send data from Tracker to an Excel spreadsheet by using Link2Excel. I created a report within Tracker that has all the necessary information and linked it to a new Excel spreadsheet. When I click “Refresh Data” in Excel, it updates to the current information. So the Zap is really from the Excel spreadsheet to Tracker (and thus sending data back to Tracker that was originally in Tracker, but converting into an activity.)The problem is this: when I update the spreadsheet, it does not add new rows to the bottom. It is updating all the data at once, and arranging them alphabetically.Is there a way to set up the zap so that it recognizes a new row in excel that is not at the bottom? Is there another step I can add or a different
Howdy! I’m looking for the most elegant solution to the following:I have a Google form with several multiple-choice questions in it. When the form is filled out, I’d like for whatever choice is made on each question dictate which label is added to the resulting card in Trello.If I have 2 multi-choice questions, each with 4 options, then there are 8 possible labels that can be put onto the final card (in a pair, that is, since there are 2 multi-choice questions). This means that the “Paths” action on Zapier cannot elegantly convert the choices to the correct labels in a single step, since the max branches per action is 5 (A through E).I’m pretty sure I can solve this by using multiple “Paths” actions in my zap, but I also know that I have a tendency to land on the clunkiest possible solution to logic puzzles like this (I’m an illustrator, not a programmer), so I just wanted to ask here if there might be a better way to handle it. Had anyone seen this issue and have a fix or work around. I have 8 zaps that get this error. It worked fine for almost a year then developed this issue. It seems to pop up when the zap runs multiple times in a row. The first instance works but anything after that is stopped with this error. Zapier says it is a known issue but does not have a fix or work around or an ETA when they can even look at it.
Hi all, I have a Zap sending out a POST request to my own backend API, the request is blocked because the backend is blocking all the inbound traffic except the whitelisted one. The question is how do I whitelist Zapier and what url/ip should I whitelist to allow Zapier’s inbound. Thanks!
Hi,I was looking through the forum to understand how to import all my deals from Hubspot at once. I've successfully been able to get one deal at a time, using the “Find Deal in HubSpot” Action and property “Deal Name” with a Letter example A in the “First search property value” I would get one record with the deal name starting with an A. I tried an asterisks * (wildcard) to see if that would bring them all in but that didnt work.I did see reference to a similar question saying that a loop should be used. So, I added a Zapier loop and Create Loop “From Line Items” referencing the same field in the action above. That didnt make any difference. Could you assist with how I can achieve importing all my Deals.thank you !
I have created a Zap which creates a new lead every time someone registers in my eventbrite event. However, I do not know how can I create a Zap that finds the exact same lead for that event and updates it whenever that person is checked-in during the event. I cannot use the email option because there are duplicates present. So, I somehow need to correctly associate the checked-in attendee with the lead that was created for them from a different Zap.
Hi everyone,I am building a website for a personal chef, with Calendly or Acuity Scheduling and Stripe.If someone books a date with the chef, they should automatically receive an email with a payment link from Stripe. This works fine, except the only payment options are Apple Pay and credit cards, even if I enable other payment options in Stripe, such as SEPA transfer (bank transfers within Eurozone) or Multibanco. The client is located in Portugal, where credit cards are not used as often as bank transfers.Does anyone know of any technical solution to enable people to pay with bank accounts? I've come to a snag in my integration testing. I'm receiving a message of “Failed to create a shipment in Easyship The app returned "Sorry, we couldn't find any shipping solutions based on the information provided.". I've outlined every field and reviewed any open fields and I cannot find the field that relates to shipping solution mapping.Anyone has a line on what I can do or what I'm missing here?
Hello! This is my first post here, and I’d appreciate all help I can get :)I have set up a zap for creating cards in Trello based on a Pipedrive filter. The filter could be a certain stage + other attributes on the Pipedrive card.When a Pipedrive card is moved from Stage A to B, a card is created in Trello. So far so good. But sometimes we move cards back in Pipedrive, from B to A, and then back again to B. When this happens, a Trello card is not created. But I want it to be created, even if it’s a “duplicate”. I haven’t found any settings for this on the zap.Do any of you have any experience of a similar setup and know if there’s a solution to my problem? Thanks!Peter
Hi to all, I have a sudden error with my automation. Baisley, what it does is it passes the details of the lead that has signed up on my website from Mailchimp to monday.com.In the last 24 hours or so, I had a troubleshooting error with it, And the problem is with the Phone field that doesn't pass. The formatting looks good, and I tried a couple of formatting methods, read and followed the formatting page at monday.com website, and had no luck with them. If I choose another column type, like text or a long test column. It works.It's important to note that the automation worked flawlessly for weeks and months! added some screenshots below. I’m trying to setup a zap from LiveChat to Teams now, while I can get the zap to post in the channel I’d like it to tag the channel to force a pop-up notification.I’ve tried variations of the <at>jane-doe-user-id</at> syntax mentioned elsewhere for tagging individuals, such as Channel name : “Live Chat”Created tag group : “support” <at>live-chat-channel-id</at> <at>support</at><at>support-user-id</at><at>@channel</at> etc… but nothing seems to work. I can’t seem to find any other suggested syntax for tagging the channel or the team. Any suggestions? Thank you
Hi!We had a zap that would transfer task info upon update on ClickUp to Google Sheets. It was working normally until the 20th of Oct, but it`s stopped since. It only works when testing it.I have checked the connections, checked the fields and the criteria and all seems ok.What may be causing this not to work?

Have tried 4. Add Task to Section of Project in Asana but for some reason it takes all the tickets that are opened and not with the specific subject
Hi,Zapier claims to be able to do this. However, when attempting to set this up, it is trying to force me to select a specific channel.My trigger should just be anytime a private message is sent to me (from anyone on my team). I’m able to set this as the event (see screenshot), but then going further down to the trigger, it’s wanting me to select a specific channel (see second screenshot) rather than just open-ended any message I receive.
I would like to email a page from OneNote on a regular basis.I see how to trigger an email when a OneNote page is edited or added, and I see how to regularly schedule an email. Is there a way to regularly send an email containing the contents of a specific OneNote page, whether or not the page has been updated?
Hello folks, I have a ZAP that I want to trigger when a checkbox is ticked in a column.I currently have it set up to trigger when a column is updated, and all the cells in that column (where there are rows that contain data) have an empty checkbox in them by default. The problem is, it appears never to actually trigger this first step. I do have a filter set up for step 2 as shown here:But the ZAP never gets started. When I tick the checkbox in the spreadsheet, I expect Zapier to understand that as an Updated Row from Sheets. But it is not even starting the first step, so there’s no history to investigate.Why wouldn’t ticking the checkbox in the assigned column result in a trigger?
