Hi,

we’re experiencing a lot of problems with sending Instagram leads to Zapier.

Normally we use the Meta Business Manager correctly connected to Zapier, through multiple ad that all point to the same ZAP.  

Some days ago, without any explanation, Facebook leads starts arriving correctly, but not the Instagram ones. We have rebuilt some flows from scratch but the problem persists.

Zapier configurations like CRM on Bm are correct.

It’s seems like Instagram failed to create a trigger for lead event. 

Any idea what it could be or about som check to do?

Hi, I believe this is a Meta Wide issue as we have the same problem and others online have too. From other forums, it seems that Meta have been made aware of the issue but I cannot see a fix yet. I’d also be interested as to a fix for this.
