Unable to populate template fields in Docusign using Zapier

I click on the field and I’m not seeing that view that’s in that link you’re showing. I see the Tooltip dropdown where I gave it FullName. It still does not work.

Those are standard fields that have default labels.

If you use non-default standard fields, then you can set the label.

Are you using dynamic roles?

You may want to select a delivery method.

There are 4 options on the left: 

-Standard Fields

-Custom Fields

-Pre-Fill Tools

-Suggested Fields

I picked Pre-Fill Tools. Custom Fields are locked. 

When Zapier sends it, the document has those fields on it. I do not want that. I want the dynamic orange colored clickable hover fields that are populated by the data from the previous software process (BookingKoala).
