How do I create a Zap to delete a row in Google Sheets when a Google Contact is deleted?

Hi,

 

Is it possible to create a Zap so that when a Contact is deleted in Google Contacts, the corresponding Contact row is also deleted from a Google sheet that contains a ref table of all contacts?

 

There doesn’t seem to be a ‘Contact deleted’ trigger for Google Contacts.

Hi @gloheating 

The GContacts Zap app does not have a trigger for deleted contact.

 

You may want to try going the other way around.

Change a column value in the GSheet to indicate the GContact should be deleted.

Use GContacts API Request to delete the contact.

Then use GSheets Clear Row action.
