Hello everyone,I currently have the problem that I cannot find the leads using the lead ID. I always get the error that the Lead Id should be a two-digit number, which, according to the answer in Step, can't be the case, can it? Hi everybodyI am trying to build a connection between Airtable and Webflow. It shall create a new item in my Webflow CMS collection. Everything is working a part from a multiple choice field. I looked at the export at webflow, how the data is shown and adapted it in Airtable, so the two multiple choice fields have exactly the same words in it.I have tried the following:A multiple choice colum in Airtable with the same wording A single choice column in Airtable with the same wording A single line of text column in Airtable with the same wordingDoes anybody know why I cannot add this item. Without the multiple choice field, the zap is working properly.Thanks in advance
My goal is: when a new message arrives in Gmail inbox A, send an email notice to address B. My zap works fine -- when a new message arrives, mailbox B gets the proper notice message shortly thereafter. However, two minutes later, mailbox B gets another notice and another and another. They keep coming. I’d like only one notice per new message.I’ve tried using the New Email and New Thread options but both provide the continuous flow of notices. I feel like I am missing something very basic. Any suggestions are welcome.
We’re using UCalc for a quote generator on our website. I created a Keap / UCalc zap to get those quote submissions into Keap as a new or updated contact. Testing the zap from within Zapier does get an entry into Keap, but it doesn’t seem to trigger when submitting the form on our website. I’ve double checked that the calculator ID is the same in Zapier and on the website. Already tried turning the Zap off and back on. No luck. Any ideas?
Hello! I have a list of onboarding dates in a Google Sheet and want to send out automated Slacks to send a reminder every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday before that is 3 weeks out to provide a buffer. However, I’m having trouble with the scheduling component as it would let me add the Schedule by Zapier app towards the end. I might need to redo the whole Zap but having trouble on how to architect this.An example of what I want is let’s say the date is August 21st. I want a reminder to go out that sends 3 weeks before, so on the week of July 31st on the Monday, Wednesday and Friday. It should be automated where it follows the same patter so if the next onboarding date is September 5th, the message get's sent out the week of August 14th. Happy to provide for context and appreciate anyone’s help in advance!
Hey there, I am getting the following error when I am trying to do my Zap Kajabi and Hello Audio: Failed to create a listener in Hello AudioRequired field "Email" (email) is missing. This is because in my action the email part of the fields email is not getting any data. Has anyone experienced this issue and if so how do I get this action to connect to my Kajabi emails? The “Contact Name” and “Field’s Full Name” is getting some data but not the emails.
Hello, I wanted to test a Zap, that is updating an existing record in Zoho CRM. When I try to test the action in this step I got an error “504 Gateway Time-out”.I already turned the Zap off and on, but the problem persists. I also checked all of the data that is being updated. So is this a problem with the Zoho server? I tried to find a status page on the Zoho CRM website, but couldn’t find any. Is there another way to solve this problem? Thanks for help, Michael
LS,I have made an zap for Zoho Notebook to Notion. So when i create a new notebook, an item in my notion database is created.However i have this problem: when i make a note in my notebook (image 1), whereas the note has more then one line, only 1 of those is exported (image 2) to the database. I want to connect Flodesk to Wati (our WhatsApp automation) using Zapier, but I run into a problem.My Zap does pull the name and e-mail adress from my Flodesk form, but is does not pull the “WhatsApp number” field. As I do need a phone number to proceed with the automation, I’m stuck. Why does Zapier not pull my “WhatsApp number” data from Flodesk? I hope anyone can help. Best, Floor
I’m trying to connect Zapier to Zoom, to pull through new webinar registrations. We have a business account with Zoom with multiple users, and Zapier seems to only connect to the account for a single user. This means that I can only pull data related to webinars for which I am the host - webinars hosted by other users on the same business account don’t appear to come through.Is there a way of connecting Zapier to our full business account, not to the account for a single user?

This post was split from the topic: Facebook page not showing as option when creating ZapI’ve been having the same problem - zapier only detects one of my facebook pages and none of the new pages i’ve created. I’ve disconnected and reconnected my facebook account from zapier over 100 times literally - it will not detect new pages. I’m the creator of the pages and have all the access.. why is it not working? i don’t understand what troy’s message means.. i’m even using a paid version of zapier and still can’t get support on this
Hi comunity. I’m facing some problems. I connect Surveymonkey and RD Station. Some zaps don’t work, between zaps that worked. I noticed that if a lead doesn’t answer a question in Surveymonkey, the error appears.It should be this way? Any assistance would be most appreciated.Kind regards

The goal of our Zap: When it fires, if a spreadsheet with the title “[input data title]” does not exist, create the spreadsheet titled “[input data title]” in Google Sheets.If the spreadsheet with that title _does_ exist, find that spreadsheet and add a row.We use a master sheet to determine whether to create a new spreadsheet or update an existing one - if a row in the master sheet exists with title === “[input data title]”, the sheet exists.The issue is that in order to accomplish this flow, we need to use the Path action. Path A will create a new spreadsheet and update it with the first record. This works great!Path B attempts to find the spreadsheet created by the title. Path B is not aware of the spreadsheet ID that was created in Path A since these two actions will not execute in the same Zap run. In Path B, in the “Create Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” action, in the “Spreadsheet” field, I choose the Custom tab and select the “[input data title]” data field. (see screenshot 1
I’m looking for a way to display/attach an image from an email to GMail into a Slack Channel.I have everything setup so far, but it is not displaying the image. It just shows it as a file to download. I used to have this working, but for some reason it is not anymore. It is showing the file but not the image:

Any ideas on this issue? I use "Upload File to Google Drive" as an action to move photos from jotform to Google Drive. This is working on 10 out of 12 of my zaps, but for some reason, on 2 of them it adds a .txt file with a list of the URLs of the photos from jotform, not the actual photos. I even copy/pasted the action so it's exactly the same. I am losing my mind trying to troubleshoot it.
Hello! I learned that there is not many options when it comes to creating journal entries with QB using zapier. Can i use a path or subzap to create additional journal entries within one zap after the initial jounral entry is created? I have set this up with a zap and then 2 paths each with a journal entry, however i am having trouble with the vendor search passing the test, even though i have verified the vendor set up multiple times. Is this going to work?Do i need to try a sub zap instead? Do a need individual zaps to accomplish this goal? the test data is so limited that i have to create a zap and then turn it on to test the success of the product. currenlty i am working with data in ARIVE triggering actions within Quickbooks. They both seem to have limited capacities when it comes to using zap to bridge this gap.
I’ve created a Google Form with a field (name = “Initiative Focus Area”) in which I want to use to create a card in a particular Trello Board. I have created a 2 step process that gets the “Initiative Focus Area” information from the Form and 1) checks to see if the List exists, and create it if it doesn’t while the 2nd step) is intended to create the new Card in the List identified in the “Initial Focus Area” field. Step # 1 works without any issues (that of checking for the List and Creating it if necessary), but I get an error of Failed to create a card in TrelloThe app returned "invalid value for idList". in the step to create the card…
I’ve set up an automation from a Google Drive folder to send a new added mp3 file to Descript and from Descript to ChatGPT for analysis. In two separate automations. The first is: New File in GDrive → Descript for transcribingThe second is: New Transcription in Descript Ready → ChatGPT The automation works fine 70% of the time but the remaining 30% Descript just returns nothing. It says succeeded: false. I check inside Descript and it never transcribed the files either, so they’re not reaching Descript. But the weird part is that the second zap is triggered by a transcript being ready. So something is definitely weird. They’re reaching Descript, it’s transcribing it but there’s no trace of it and the data in is in empty.I test multiple files at once because that’s what I need so I don’t know if I’m overloading it but I even added a delay and that hasn’t fixed it.
