SysAid Error: authentication failed: Error from SysAid: Enduser login failed.%njava.lang.NullPointerException

I recently logged back into my Zapier account to double check why some zaps have recently been failing. I saw that my connection with SysAid has been expired and to reconnect. I followed the process for reconnecting but was unsuccessful. I tried to delete the connection and just add a new one with the exact same required information and have run into this error.I have verified with the IT team that the information I put into the login page was correct. There isn’t any pop that showed up, as well as the account in question never had it’s permissions changed since I last used it. Any help would be appreciated.

Trash folder and Zap is missing on our account.

I have used Zapier for awhile now and have used it on other accounts, but for some reason the trash folder is NOT showing in our account and I am missing a zap. Can anyone help shed some light on where it is? I know where to look for it, but it’s not there and I’ve doubled checked the Zapier article on where it should be. We are currently on a free plan.

Data in test not showing up in zap history Acuity Scheduling to Airtable

The title is confusing, I’m not sure how to word it so I took screenshots. When a specific appointment is scheduled in Acuity, I want some of the details to zap over to Airtable. One of the details is a custom field we added to Acuity that says who the appointment was scheduled by. When I set up the zap using recent appointments scheduled, the custom field contains a name that was typed by the person scheduling the appointment. But, when the zap actually runs and I look at the history, the field doesn’t bring over any info (leaving the airtable cell blank. Any ideas? The screenshots are the same appointment while setting up the zap, and then after the zap ran in history. Test data:  History Data:

NeverBounce to Pardot Zap not adding new prospects to list, only test prospect.

Hi everyone! We just started a Zapier trial, but I’m struggling to make a working connection and am hoping the community here can help since I was never able to connect with an integration specialist.I’d like to have NeverBounce verify an email address as it comes into Pardot, then add that prospect to a list (for my own verification purposes). My zap looks like the following:For both the verify step and the add prospect to list step, I have to select a test prospect when prompted... But that test prospect that I selected is the only name to make it into my final list. The zap is published and is on and isn’t showing any errors - expect for my final list not getting populated.Question:For both the Verify step and the Add Prospect to List step, I’m prompted to select a specific prospect in the Action (screenshot below - I crossed out the person’s name, but I had to pick a singular person). I don’t seem to be able to select anything general like “New Prospect”. Is this as expected? Are t

Can't trace what account active zap is coming from

Hey guys, I’m having trouble tracing back what Zapier account is responsible for sending out a Zap that my email address to send the email. The Zap involves sending an email after a Facebook Lead Ads form being triggered. However, when I log into any Zapier accounts that could be associated with running this Zap, I can't find ANY history, though it continues to send Zaps whenever we get Facebook Leads.  Is there any way to trace what account is sending the Zaps, or disconnect the Zaps? Thanks!

Issue with zap integrating Eventbrite and Mailchimp - "Invalid Resource"

Hello, I’ve been using Zapier to integrate both my Eventbrite and Mailchimp account for years without any issues, but for the past month I’ve add an error coming back saying that essentially the zap could not run and the error is “invalid resource”.I’m definitely pulling off the “Profile Email Address” from Eventbrite but the data that has come up for some users when the zap fails is “Info Requested” instead of the user email address so no wonder the zap could not run!I believe this might come up from an additional GDPR requirement from Eventbrite. Anyone has face a similar issue and find their way around it? Thanks a lot for your help with this!

Slack file upload not providing channel ID on first try via Zapier

Greetings, playing almost whole day with it and can’t figure out how to fix it. When you upload first time a file in slack it won’t provide you channel ID but if you do it second time it will. Anyone knows how to fix it? Thanks!

Issue with Zap Between CLOSE CRM and Google Contacts - Missing Email and Phone Information

Hello Zapier Community,I'm encountering an issue with a Zap I've set up between CLOSE CRM and Google Contacts. I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions to resolve this problem.Problem Description:Objective: When I create a lead in CLOSE CRM, I want a new contact to be automatically created in my Google Contacts. Zap Configuration: I've set up a Zap to achieve this, and during the testing phase, it worked perfectly. The desired outcome was achieved without any issues. Issue After Publishing: However, when I publish the Zap and let it run in the background, a contact is created in Google Contacts, but the email address and phone number are not included. Troubleshooting Attempt: To determine whether the issue lies with CLOSE CRM or Google, I tried a workaround. I added an intermediate step where the lead is inserted into a Google Sheet row, and then from there into Google Contacts. This setup worked fine in tests. Real form entries not updating in Bloomerang despite successful test.

I created a zap for when someone fills out any form on my website, the information will go into Bloomerang (CRM System). The zap was tested with a made up person and went into Bloomerang, but when I did a real test with my own information through one of the wix forms, the information did not go into Bloomerang… I turned it off and back on.. that didn’t work. I remade the zap… didn’t fix the issue either. Any suggestions?

Zap Can't Catch Cancelled Meetings: Declines Leave Events Hanging

Hi all,Looking for some help getting a very simple zap running. When an intern declines their Google calendar invitation to a meeting, I want the zap to find that Google calendar event and delete it. The way I’m trying to set it up is as follows:I receive an email saying that the intern declined the invitation. The email is forwarded to Email Parser, which triggers the zap. The Parser output gives me the date and start time of the event in this format: “Wed Jan 17, 2024 3 pm”  The “Find Event” action in Google calendar uses the Parser output to lookup the event. The “Delete Event” action deletes the event using the event ID output of the “Find Event” action.The problems I’m running into:I can’t get the “Find Event” action to acquire the correct event. How do I format the data from Parser to be read correctly? I’ve tried inputting the data in every way I can think of and it never finds the right event. The event title in my calendar is always “Intern Can Attend”, so I usually put that i

Image aspect ratio error when posting to Instagram from WordPress.

Hi,In the attached issue you can see that I am receiving an image aspect ration error when posting to Instagram for Business.  My flow is creating a post in instagram when a new post is published in Wordpress.  I need Zapier to change the image aspect ratio as part of the flow. It is not manageable for me to make changes manually each time this happens.  Is this possible in Zapier?  It would need to check the aspect ratio each time and change if required.

Why aren't all Line-Itemizer Line Items making it to ShipStation?

I've create a formatter section that splits comma separated lines and then combines them appropriately to form a series of line items that consist of product name, Unit Price, Quantity. In my sample data i have I 7 items that show up from our Quickbooks invoice sample data. When i test, all 7 items show in the formatter section. When i go to the shipstation trigger and enter the inputs, I only get 3 line items total to show up and then inside shipstation I only see the 3 items. Any ideas as to why the line items are being truncated? Also the line items that are showing up are in a randomized order. So it’s not like the first 3 show but not the rest. Problems with bucket.io integration...access denied error after connection established and API key provided

Does anyone know of any issues with Bucket.io integrations with Zapier.I’ve set up the integration between the two, providing the API. I’ve got some evidence the connection is there, as I see zaps i have created...but I’m getting access denied errors, as if the connection is not really there.

Workflow test successful but live Flodesk segment not updating via Stan Store and Zapier

Hello ! I have created my stan store freebie, created a segment and work flow in flodesk, added them in zapier and did all the tests. Everything tested fine, the emails i tested with - showed up in my segment right away and i got the intended email from flodesk. However. I had a friend sign up for my freebie on Stan Store, she received everything from stan but never got anything from flodesk, and she didnt even up in my segment. From my mentors it looks like I’ve entered everything correctly so I dont know what else to try.  Please help !

Error trying to post a URL into SharePoint List

Hi all - as a newbie Zapper, I’ve got stuck at an early stage.I am testing a Simple Zap that detects a new project record in Insightly and creates a new item in a sharepoint list.  It works a treat.However, I want it to ad a URL link into a URL field in SharepointHere is my field mapping  I get this errorFailed to create an item in Microsoft SharePointError from halted execution: Unable to create an item: The property 'Insightly_x0020_Project_x0020_Re_url' does not exist on type 'SP.Data.ProjectsListItem'. Make sure to only use property names that are defined by the type.

How do I view the full incoming data set?

I have a Zap which pulls new event registrations from Eventbrite and sends them to Salesforce. There’s an issue with the field mapping - for some registrations, the Zap pulls the total charge for a group booking instead of the individual fee for one attendee.However, I can’t work out how to view all of the data coming in from Eventbrite for the specific bookings that are causing the problem. Zapier will only pull a random handful of test records, and if they’re not the ones that have gone wrong, there’s no way of pulling more or searching through records. If I go to the Zap history, the ‘input’ side only shows fields that have already been matched to Salesforce fields, so I can’t see the other fields to work out which one I should have matched.Any ideas?

Buffer support not working - multiple errors

I am trying to sync a google sheet to buffer. When a new row appears, send the video file link or carousel files etc to buffer. Zapier is reading all the data correctly, but buffer is sending errors like these: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'ext') (this happens even when there is a public file with a url extension like .jpg)Failed to create an update in Buffer RequestId: 1b80b4cd-51f3-403d-93e2-fc60ddbecbe5 Error: Runtime exited with error: signal: killed any ideas?

Issue with PDF file not opening after being copied to new DropBox folder via Zapier

I have created a Zap so that, every time a new estate planning case is created in Clio, Zapier creates a folder in DropBox for that case. So, if estate planning case “00001-Doe-John” is created in Clio, then folder “Shared Docs/01 Open/00001-Doe-John” is created in DropBox. Further, a custom “DropBox” field in Clio is then changed to link to the DropBox folder.I have tried to add steps so that, every time a new folder is created in DropBox as described above, the DropBox file “Shared Docs/_Templates/Advance Directive.pdf” is uploaded to the new DropBox case folder. However, the problem I am running into is that this newly copied “Advance Directive.pdf” document cannot be opened. Prior to being copied, the file works fine. I am new to Zapier so I must be missing something basic as to why the PDF file is not working after being copied. Thanks in advance for your suggestions.
