Hello! I am working on a Zap “Billing Notification - New Monitored Video Sites” which utilizes AI by Zapier to run calculations via prompt. I have created output fields that I was hoping to deliver in Microsoft Teams later on in the Zap. When I test the Teams step, the output fields are not appearing in Teams as intended. Is this an issue of me not having an app connection to ChatGPT or did I set up the output variables incorrectly?

For us to have more info, post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are outlined
  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode for the CONFIGURE tab with the field mappings visible
