Trying to automate AI generated tiktok videos. Having it start from a new record on a linked table in Zaps and connecting to chatgpt to generate script, then DallE and Elleven Labs for images/voiceovers. All my tests were successful along the way but in my Create Render step, the url shows the message in the Title above. I believe this also prevents it from being uploaded to Buffer for posting, as this failed in the Test phase. I followed this link and provided my mapping below.

Hi @echonella

For us to have more context post these screenshots:

  • how your Zap steps are configured in EDIT mode with the field mappings visible in the CONFIGURE tab
  • any encountered errors from Zap steps

  • Says Test was successful, but URL shows same Error messages as before.

@echonella

This is the issue...

These links either no longer exist or are not publicly accessible by the Zap step.

Click on a link and you get the error message you see in the Zap step error.

Try working with Creatomate Support to determine how to get accessible links to use in the Zap.
