Quickbooks Online webhooks issue

I have a Zap where a Quickbooks Estimate is supposed to trigger my Zap via webhook, and it’s supposed to do it immediately upon Estimate creation.

It’s been 4 hours since the Zap ran, and we’ve created over 10 Estimates in QBO in that time.

This has been an ongoing issue for months.

Thank you, but it isn’t a problem with my Zap.  

I have opened a ticket with Zapier Support.  I suspect it’s the same issue the entire community dealt with earlier this year that proved to be on Quickbooks’ side of things.
