I am trying to build an integration between Dynamics CRM and Klaviyo marketing platform. 

However, data that sits in Dynamics CRM as a drop down, such as Country of Origin, Product, Lead Status are pulling through as number strings instead of the text string that can be viewed on the front end of Dynamics CRM. See below example

 



Does anyone know a work around/fix.

Those likely represent linked records from another object in the app.

That usually involves adding “find/search” steps to lookup a record by the ID to get the other data points for the record.
