Events in google calendar always at the wrong time

Hello,  I am trying to create an event in google calendar with the following data:   Despite trying at least four different formats, it always schedules the event at either 9 am or 9 pm on the specified day, never at the intended time.  The time zones used in GCal are correct. Tips on how to fix this? Cheers

Issues with syncing Calendly bookings and leads from TikTok to Monday CRM in Zapier.

Hi,I am currently getting most of my leads from my connection with TIKTOK to my Monday CRM.Sometimes the same lead also books a meeting via my Calendly, this is not currently being captured by Monday. I want to add to the item that the lead has already booked a time with Calendly so they are not being called by multiple sales people.Im get stuck at the end where step 5 makes e pick an item ID to change. But this is something that is different all the time, not all leads book a calendly therefore will never be referring to the same item ID.I would really appreciate your help.

Frequent Error with Zap "Hubspot Form to Clickmeeting" (1589427) -> Meeting room not found

Issue related to Zap 1589427 “Add new registrants in ClickMeeting for every new form submission in HubSpot”. In general, the Zap works. I have set it up for 10+ different Webinars (different Meeting rooms in Clickmeeting). Unfortunately, in 10 to 20% of the cases (i.e. Hubspot submissions), the Zap reports an error: Meeting room not found. By 10 to 20% I mean that for a single Webinar, 8 or 9 out of 10 form submissions lead to a registered participant, but the rest fail. This is the cas for every webinar (i.e. every Clickmeeting Meeting Room). Does this error occur at anyone else’s setup or does anyone have any hints to solve that?Thank youHenryk

I want to use the "New Campaign Start Sending" event in Active Campaign to retrieve associated contacts and record that email activity in Salesforce. But,  necessary data (like Contact ID, Contact Email) is not provided in the available trigger.

Waiting until Run completes to start a new one

Hello, We created a form that will trigger an axiom browser automation to check some data on a website and then return it in a google sheet which will perform a calculation and return it to the original person who submitted the form. This axiom web scraping automation takes roughly 2 minutes to complete. The problem is if we have 2 people submit the form at the same time or very close times together it will not work for  the first person since the second persons submission will overwrite the data of the first persons submission. Is there a way to force the Zap triggers to wait to trigger until the first Zap run has run to 100% completion? We have tried using a delay so we can time it to wait 2 minutes between triggers but this did not work.Any assistance is appreciated!

Zap Spamming Slack with Multiple Google Drive Uploads

Hi everyone, I made a multiple google drives subzap trigger, that connects to a slack message action.. it works well, might I say too well.The problem I’m having is every time people upload 20 file at a time, I’ll get 20 spammed message in slack.I was thinking if it’s possible to do something like:if it triggers, ignore new trigger for the next X minutes.or maybe there’s other solutions to my problem?

Can’t load new test samples from Google Contacts

This post was split from the topic: Zapier Tables won't load new test datathis is still not resolved right? I am stuck. pulling records from google contacts- those records don´t have the fields I am looking for I am trying to pull new records, but it keeps loading the same 3 results. this must be impacting every single person creating a zap. any updates on the issue?

Copying a file from onedrive location to another, the file is not copying

I have an excel file I use as a template and would like it copied to a new folder with a new name each time a new folder is created in my zap.  The zap is bascially working except - but instead of copying the excel file the zap is creating a txt file with the correct name.  Full Zap Step 4Step 5

Form field results showing up twice in Gmail message sent via Zap

Hi! So, I am trying to set up a Zap when a Typeform is submitted that sends the results via Gmail to a specific person.i have the email set up so like this: [short intro paragraph]--[Typeform field 1] [Typeform field 2] [Typeform field 3] What is showing up in my inbox while testing the send is: [short intro paragraph]--###[Typeform field 1 question][Typeform field 1 answer] ###[Typeform field 2 question][Typeform field 2 answer] ###[Typeform field 3 question][Typeform field 3 answer] [Typeform field 1 answer][Typeform field 2 answer][Typeform field 3 answer] I cannot for the life of me figure out where the answers stacked at the bottom of the email are coming from. Anyone know of a way to either display ONLY the answers, and only once? Or even the question/answer combo without the random stacked answers at the bottom of the email? I’m not sure why it’s showing up the way it is and there’s very little wiggle room in adding the Typeform fields, so any insight would be appreciated. Thank

Contacts not sending from Eventbrite to Constant Contact

Initially, I thought it was because the contacts already existed in the constant contact database. However, it seems that not even new class registrants from eventbrite are syncing with the list in constant contact. I tried both ‘Create contact’ which is when I thought the issue was that the contact already existed, and also Find or Create Contact. Neither of these are sending contacts to the correct list in eventbrite despite it being listed in the setup in Zapier. The ‘find or create’ option also doesn’t specify that it’s going to add existing contacts into the specified list...Has anyone had a similar issue between eventbrite and constant contact? Thanks in advance!

New customer creation in Lawnpro not working

I currently have a Zap to import a new customer signup from Jotform to create the new customer in LawnPro. It is not working. When there is a new customer signup in Jotform the zap run shows successful in zapier however the new customer is not showing up in Lawnpro. When I do a test run from the zap it appears as the data was sent then it comes back with the following:  Status falseTestkey No API key Provided I have reached out to LawnPro but they do not seem interested. Please help!

Failed to create a move file in Google Drive: 'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'

I am looking to move new files places in a personal Google Drive folder to a Google Shared Drive folder. I have the correct permissions on both. I am receiving an error on the “file” part of the step. I’m guessing that this should be looking for any new file but it’s not clear how to ask the Zap to do this. Error received; Failed to create a move file in Google Drive'NoneType' object has no attribute 'get'What should I be putting in ‘File”?

Facebook Groups error: Please reduce the amount of data you're asking for, then retry your request

I've come across multiple discussions pointing fingers at Facebook for the issues, but this morning was particularly frustrating. I spent a considerable amount of time establishing connections, only to encounter an error.Why is this particular Zap still offered if it consistently results in errors?My goal is straightforward: I want to import posts from my buy/sell group, along with a few specific fields, into a Google Sheet. From there, I plan to share these posts on my Facebook page, create corresponding posts on WordPress, and finally, post them on Twitter.Initially, I thought Zapier would be the perfect solution for this kind of automation, but it's been a few years and it's still not functioning as expected.

My Zap isn't working after changing file destinations for scanned documents.

I scan documents into pdfs, then save them in dropbox and forward them to evernote.  Things have been running well but when I changed file destinations to reflect 2024 the zaps stopped working.  I’m having trouble navigating the “Title” and “Content” fields...not sure what to put in them to make the zaps start working again.

Funnelytics. Can't add new account. The app returned "An authentication exception occurred".

Trying to add Funnelytics account to Zapier.  Upon adding the app id + key, I get the error below.  I don’t know what else to do. Please help.    “authenticaion failed: The app returned “An authentication exception occurred.”.The suggested actions are: Make sure you click “Allow” or “Accept” on the permission popup I did not see a permission popup.    Double check your Account has the correct permissions. I’ve got a premium Funnelytics account.  I have a free Zapier account. See screenshot of error.

Unable to transfer personal folder to company folder in Dropbox due to missing arrow.

We aren’t able to move our personal folder to the company folder because the from Dropbox does not have the arrow to be able to pick the folder only the to Dropbox has the drop down feature
