Copying a file from onedrive location to another, the file is not copying

I have an excel file I use as a template and would like it copied to a new folder with a new name each time a new folder is created in my zap.

The zap is bascially working except - but instead of copying the excel file the zap is creating a txt file with the correct name.

The File field expects a file object or a file url, as indicated by the field description, instead of the ID of a file from a previous step.
