I have a Zap where the last step is to post to Slack at a scheduled time.When I test my Zap everything works perfectly. When I actually deploy my Zap the bot name defaults back to “Zapier” and the Bot Icon is removed. Links also expand even though I have Auto-Expand Links set to false and they don’t expand in the test.The only thing that I change after testing is to add the “Schedule At” scheduled run time. I have to take this out to test because otherwise it will throw an error and not complete the test. Therefore, I think that somehow adding a scheduled runtime is causing my Zap to lose its name, its bot icon, and its link expansion setting.Anyone else have this issue? How can I fix it and why does it happen?
I have three Zaps connecting Salesforce and Xero, two of these have Xero triggers and update records in Salesforce, the third has a Salesforce trigger and updates a record in Salesforce.The first two Zaps are working fine, but when I try to the test the Salesforce triggered Zap I get an error that Zapier cannot connect to Xero. I hve tried re-connecting and have verified that the link to Xero is working, as is shown by the other two Zaps working fine, so i can't work out what is going wrong. Does anyone have any ideas?
I’m trying to setup a new zap that start with a trigger on HelpDeskAdavanced.Testing zap everything is ok, but if I try to activate zap, after few seconds the zap was deactivated and I receive a generic error notification inside my mail.Also trying to use different actions nothing change. Moodle Enrolled User - Error when testing the trigger “An Enrolled Student could not be found. Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”.
Trying to have Zapier pull the information from Moodle on when a New Student is Enrolled in Course. When testing the trigger, I get,“An Enrolled Student could not be found.Cannot read property 'shortname' of undefined”. I have users enrolled in the course that I am trying to test. The latest enrollment was from yesterday.
I can get the RSS Zapier working with other RSS feeds. And I can get my Squarespace news page working with other RSS readers (NetNewsWire and Feedly).But I don’t seem to be able to get my own Squarespace news RSS page to work. I use the “…./news?format=rss” format but get this error message when I test it:This doesn’t give me enough information to troubleshoot the problem. Any ideas?

Hi,I have a Wordpress Gravity forms that we use to open customer files (for our clinic). In this form, we schedule the meetings for assessments through a nested form. All of that works fine.When submitted, the form creates the meetings in Google Calendar through a first ZAP. We are able to push the submitted data to the Update event ZAP but, the ZAP won’t find the event even though we are so specific. Hi, I’m using the OneDrive Trigger “New File in One Drive” and I’m trying to get a .json file from it.The file size is about 130 kb but I’m always getting the error “File Contents too big”.I already set “Include file object?” option to “No” but this does not help either.Is there any workaround known for that or anything else I can do about it?
Hey Zapier Community,I am encountering a problem where Zapier is only pulling in the first 20 custom fields, similarly described in this thread from 2020. According to the previous answer, this was flagged as an issue with the ManyChat Zapier integration.I am currently trying to set a new field in ManyChat via Zapier, but Zapier is no longer able to pull in all my fields and I am unable to set the new field. I’ve attached a photo of the error message to this post. How can I get Zapier to pull in all my fields from ManyChat as it previously did?
I am trying to create a zap that appends text to a google doc when a row in google sheets is updated. The zap tends not to work, and when I go into it to edit and test, I receive the error “The app returned "File not found: 11IBEOJvVFBvIz4v5hNXnI5TBJskLSkOZKGGSn6H8Iu0"”. I’ve tried fixing this by creating a new document and selecting that one in the action field, but it eventually goes back to the aforementioned error. What I think may be affecting this is that both the sheet and the doc are contained in a shared drive, but I’m not sure if there may be another reason. Please advise if there are any suggested solutions or hints at what may be causing this. Based on some prior research, I believe that I may not be the first to experience this issue.
Hello, what's upWe currently use two CRM platforms (AmoCRM and Bitrix24) in which we get a certain amount of leads and follow an automation process. Being two separate platforms we wanted to use zapier to integrate them. However linking them together was not possible, so we wanted to link AmoCRM with Google sheets and then Google sheets with Bitrix24 but a problem occurred in the first step to integrate AmoCRM with Google sheets because in the test test came out an error message saying that I can not load the information and that is because there is a lot of information in the fields and the files are heavy.Does anyone know what kind of files or information it refers to or if you know how to connect these two platforms through Zapier? We want the leads that arrive on one platform to arrive at the same time on the other.
We are having a problem with our Zaps connected to Salesforce since yesterday.The error message we get is:We’re having trouble loading 'Salesforce Object' data (Received an unexpected response from Salesforce when getting the list of createable objects.)We tried to resolve with all the steps from the documentation without success:Hard refreshing the page (Shift+F5 on a PC or CMD+Shift+R on a Mac) a couple times Click ‘Refresh fields’ at the bottom of the Zap step Copy that Zap and edit the copied version to see if the fields appear Recreate the Zap from scratch Wait a while longer, sometimes it takes a little while for the cache to refresh with those fieldsAlso tried another step by re-connecting the account under myApp interface. The connection seems to be ok.There was a similar issue reported a few months ago, but the thread is unresolved and closed.Can you please let us know if you have experienced a similar issue and/or how to fix it? Hi All, I have set up a zap where discovery calls via Calendly are entered onto a Google Sheet, except it’s not working. It has so far failed to populate any fields on the Google sheet, despite testing ok.When I get to the ‘test’ stage it does pull through Calendly info from my Outlook calendar, but I thought maybe it doesn’t pull through existing calendar entries, so I created a test meeting myself in Calendly & it still does not populate the sheet.Any ideas what is missing here? I’m making a new ZAP that uses the “New Message Posted to Private Channel in Slack” option. When I go through the options, I select the new Private Channel from the list offered to me. The channel clearly exists, because when I type the name, or the channel ID, it lists the channel. So … I select it. I have entered the channel ID in custom on its own and in “<@channelID>” formats. I have tried this with BOT msgs included and not included. The channel has messages from me, and from the bot. When it comes to testing the connection I am given the error:channel_not_foundI think you’d say that this seems mighty peculiar given everything mentioned previously. Is anyone else experiencing something similar? Extra information:I’m at admin level on the SLACK. The channel obviously exists. Yes. I’m on free tier at Zapier.

Yesterday the integration between my google form and Salesforce was working like a dream but today there seems to be an error. the integration is happening but when a record is getting created in salesforce the email address in the email id field is getting appended with the letter “k” I tried creating a record at least 6 times and with different email addresses but each time the same error gets thrown. Any idea why ?
Hi, I’m trying to set it up so that a specific profile in buffer is loaded in to post to. This profile is loaded from a google spreadsheet and is selected under the custom tab in buffer profiles. When I load in the number under the profile name in the dropdown I get an permission error, when I load up the name of the profile I get a different error. How do I specify/taget the proper profile? Any and all help is much appreciated.

I have a simple Zap that, among other things, takes a passcode from an email and places it in a google sheets cell.On rare occasions, the passcode starts with an equal sign “=”, which google sheets tries to interpret as a formula, and then spits out an error (#ERROR). I found this entry in the help pages, which discusses this exact issue: Information sent by the Zap appears in the spreadsheet as #ERROR If you see #ERROR in a cell where a value was sent from Zapier, it means Google is interpreting the value as a formula. Phone numbers containing a leading "+", for example, can cause this. Google Sheets then tries to calculate it and returns an error, as it's not a valid formula.This can be fixed by adding a single leading apostrophe character ' to the value being sent. Hi Zapier community! I have a zap that’s intended to trigger whenever a new user is created in Asana. This is part of an onboarding flow, and the idea is that once the new user logs in, the zap will find certain tasks and assign the new user to those tasks. However, we added a new team member this week, and the zap did not even run. How can I troubleshoot this, please? Thank you!
