Does Zapier Transfer support Keap Max Classic?

I’m planning to set up a Zapier Transfer from Keap Max Classic to GoHighLevel. Can I bring over custom fields? What about tags?

Hi @Karen Cavanagh

Sometimes the only way to know for sure is to configure a Zap and test.

Help links for using Keap in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/keap/integrations#help

The Keap Max Classic integration is being phased out and hidden from access.
Users are encouraged to migrate to the new unified Keap App on Zapier, as neither Keap nor Zapier will maintain support for the Keap Max Classic or Zapier integration.

GHL has a whitelabled Zap app called LeadConnector: https://zapier.com/apps/leadconnector/integrations#help

If you are looking to hire help, there is a directory of Zapier Partners: https://zapier.com/partnerdirectory

Thank you so much!

Do you do this type of configuration? Would this be best handled as a Zapier transfer?

We are planning to leave Keap Max Classic permanently.

@Karen Cavanagh

If it’s a one time migrations, then probably best to export data from Keap, prep the data in spreadsheets, then import data to GHL.

The issue is that you can’t export tags from Keap Max Classic only custom fields and you can’t import custom fields into GoHighLevel, only tags. We need to test a zapier integration so that we can bring over the database with custom fields (most importantly). Tags would be a nice extra.

My understanding is that the zap might not bring over the tags but it will likely bring over the custom fields.

Other than setting up the zap and seeing how it works, any other suggestions or knowledge?

@Karen Cavanagh

Review the available triggers/actions for each Zap app integrations…

If the available triggers/actions are not what you need, then you will need to explore using the app APIs and webhooks in Zaps:
