Hello all,
Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. My company just got an updated website which includes new forms and such. I created Zaps for each form and all of them but one are working. Looking at the backend of the Website, there are entries being submitted but somewhere between WordPress and Zapier, this one Zap is not being triggered.

- Webform is submitted by a customer
- Entry is formatted for CRM.
- Entry then creates Lead in CRM
- Email is sent to sales team about new lead.
Looking at everything on my end, everything is connected and in theory should be working but out of my 16 Zaps, all connected to the same thing, this is the only one that is not being triggered.
Any suggestions/ help is greatly appreciated.
