Zap creating with wrong account for Basecamp

Everytime i attempt to create a Zap for Basecamp it is creating under a user account from another company that we work with who introduced us to this tool. How do I get it to create under our account and quit picking up them as the user?

This happens when the Basecamp app in Zapier is still connected using the other company’s login.

Go to My Apps, find Basecamp, and reconnect (or add a new connection) using your Basecamp account. Then edit your Zap and select that correct Basecamp connection in each step.

Make sure you are using the correct connected App Account.

How did it go? Did you manage to get the correct Basecamp user account connected?

If not, can you try connecting the Basecamp action from a different browser, or in an incognito/private browsing window? Sometimes app logins get cached, and Zapier will automatically pick up the cached session when you try to connect.
