Problem with data Meeting Ended on Cal.com

I have a problem when transferring data from the 'Meeting Ended' trigger in Cal.com to another function, such as sending an email or creating a row in a Spreadsheet. For some reason that I can't understand, the information I want to transfer (in this case, 'RUT') is detected in the Data Out of the first step, but it is not taken in the Data In. However, if I edit the Zapier without making any changes, only having the Zapier run a test with the same Data In, it does manage to transfer the information. In summary: when the Zapier runs automatically, it does not transfer the information; when I run it again from the history, it does not transfer the information; but when I access editing mode and without changing anything, I proceed to test the Zapier, it does transfer the information.Captures from Zapier history:   However, when I edit the Zapier, it does manage to retrieve the information and transfer it to the Spreadsheet:

Servicem8 Zap: Missing client name & email

Hello, So im trying to create some zaps to move clients round in my aweber. Now i have a couple of jobs that when testing my zap, it finds the job, and address, but shows no data in the servicem8 client name and email address. however all this information is in my servicem8. What could be causing some jobs to show no data? all my clients in servicem8 are created using the servicem8 form so all the information fields are the same

My Instagram to YouTube zap keeps getting throttled, specifically the second step where the video should be uploaded to YouTube. This is my first zap, so I don’t think it could be a rate limit issue right?Would appreciate any help!

Issue Adding email to constant contact - Error message: Validation failed: Email already exists for contact

I have an issue where I receive errors because a contact email address already exists in ConstantContact, but I want to ensure it’s added to a list or skip if it is added.Here is the scenario.I have a WordPress site with TutorLMS - for online course registrations. I have more than one course. When an order comes in I have an automation where orders for a specific course are added to a Google Sheet for that specific course. Through Zapier I have an automation set to watch for a new row on the sheet and then add to a specific constant contact list for members of that specific course.There are three scenarios here I want to address. Contact has previously been deleted from another list Contact previously unsubscribed from another list Contact in list - already purchased this course at a previous time I have an automation setup which was previously working - but I hit a roadblock with #3 listed above. IF the contact already exists in this list, I’d still like this flow to continue without

Salesforce error: Could not find any records of "Account" object: Salesforce returned a MALFORMED_QUERY error

I’m trying to upload Files to a Salesforce Account record based on the inputs from a digital form. Because a user will not know the exact string that their account is set as in the org, I figured the Salesforce SOQL could use a LIKE operator to find similar strings to upsert on. However, I’m getting a malformed query error. Has someone done something similar before?

The app returned "Undefined array key "EXPIRATION_DATE"". on Jotform->SimpleCert

I have a simple Jot form with about 8 fields that when a new submission is made a cert is generated with SimpleCert.  The 2 step Zap has been running for months now without issue and with no changes on my end the certs stopped being generated automatically.  This is now the error that is being thrown:The app returned "Undefined array key "EXPIRATION_DATE"". SimpleCert plugin does not have a field for this and it does not display anywhere.  Anyone else experience this issue?

BaseLinker to LexOffice Zap: Missing PDF Upload

Hi,I’m trying to create a Zap that should upload new invoices created in BaseLinker to LexOffice for bookkeeping purposes.The Trigger “new invoice” spits out all kinds of information about the invoices, so that’s working fine. However, when I go the the action “upload for bookkeeping” in LexOffice, all that information doesn’t contain a PDF file.Zapier is advertising this funktionality here: https://zapier.com/apps/baselinker/integrations/lexoffice

Google My Business - New Review event not capturing all "new" reviews

Using the Zapier connection to Google My Business with the event “New Review” does not trigger when the end-user updates and/or changes an existing review. I’m assuming that this is expected behavior as this would constitute an update and not a new record. Is there a solution in Zapier’s integrations to overcome this?

Error in the integration between Pipefy and DocuSign: INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER: The request contained at least one invalid parameter.

Good afternoon, everyone!I've created an automation that integrates the process flow platform Pipefy with DocuSign. When a card is moved from phase A to phase B, a trigger is fired, and the next action is to send the document attached to the Pipefy card via DocuSign. However, when I perform the test, the following error message occurs: Failed to create an envelope using document in DocusignCould not create signature request: INVALID_REQUEST_PARAMETER: The request contained at least one invalid parameter. Mailerlite error: Failed to create a subscriber in MailerLite Required field "Email" (email) is missing.

Hi I am trying to create a zap which will allow Mailelite to add a subscriber when a new spreadsheet row in google sheets is added.Seeting up the trigger on the google sheets works and tests fine. When I than set the action on mailerlite and run the test this error occurs:Failed to create a subscriber in MailerLite Required field "Email" (email) is missing.   I think I mapped everything out correctly. WPForms Integrations Tab not showing Zapier

Has anyone had issues activating and accessing the WPForms API key? I can activate it in WPForms, but once I do that, it disappears from the integrations options altogether. So I’m confused on why this is happening or if anyone has seen the same thing?

I always get the error that the Lead Id should be a two-digit number, which, according to the answer in Step, can't be the case, can it? Hello,I send myself the completed form from Google Ads via GMail to the customer's inbox. Unfortunately, only the fixed fields from Google (first name, surname and email) are included in the dispatch email. But not the questions about arrival and departure. Where could the error lie?

Zapier Tables and Phone Numbers with preceding "0"

We are trying to use Zapiers new Tables and Interfaces to create a CRM. We want to automatically bring information in using a ZAP from our lead finding channel. The issue I am having is with getting the phone number to transfer through. Our numbers hear in Australia are always preceded with a “0” i.e. 0448 xxx xxx The format of the phone numbers that are bing passed to us are in this format 0448 xxx xxx but when I send them through to the Table in Zapier it deletes the proceeding “0” and only send through 448 xxx xxx But this then means if we want to use the information out of the tables we are not able to automate anything because we are missing the initial digit in the phone number. I have tried all the Zapier formatting tools but cant seem to get anything to work. Any assistance would be great. p.s. I have alos attempted to use the + symbol and the country code which would work for us but also cant get the + symbol to carry through to Zapier Tables

Google Spreadsheet value is not recognized from custom value

 Hi there!I’ve integrated my Bubble.io app with Google Sheets.I have 2 zaps:The first one creates a spreadsheet when a user signups into my app. As a result, I store the spreadsheet value in that user. Everything is great at this point.The second zap is triggered by the user when they create a special account in Bubble. The following steps are:1. Zapier looks up for the spreadsheet (I already have that id in the user).2. Zapier looks up for a sheet with the name “Sheet2”, which is the same for all the created spreadsheets. It returns the Sheet’s ID.3. Zapier looks up for the column called “Account ID” that it’s in this sheet (is always the first column) and if a row contains the value “No account”, then picks that row.4. Zapier updates that row with information from the account the user created in Bubble and that triggered the zap.  When I create the zap and test it, everything works as expected an the row of the spreadsheet is updated.But when I push it to live and trigger the event f

Failed to create a share in LinkedIn: Error from halted execution

I have created a ZAP that posts on LinkedIn as soon as the card in Trello gets moved to done.The zap filters out details from the Trello card including the description and the image URL from the card cover.the ZAP works fine until I don’t provide Image URL to the LinkedIn flow but, as soon as I provide the URL, it throws the error.I have tried public URLs, as well as open hosted image URLs, multiple extensions etc. but no resolution. Attaching the images of the flow and configurations.

Parser account is not accessible!  When I go to parser.zapier.com/, to create a new Trigger Mail box, it delivers a 404 error page. Please see the following screen captures and let me know how I can solve this issue.  Thank you     Please help.

Hi all, can someone please assist with why my current blog I have just published, is not pulling into Zapier as a record..? See my flow and screenshot below. When I check my site it is definately there however for some reason Wix keeps pulling a sample record from somewhere..?Thank you.

Zapier > Memebrstack can't load free plans.

I am using Memberstack and Thinkrific. Essentially When a user finishes a course they will be added to Memberstack with a new plan.But I can’t seem to load any of the plans even though on Memberstack I have 3 free plans created.See screenshot - can anyone please help?So if you look at the first screenshot I can see any of the plans there is an error of “no options are available” But if you look at the second screenshot you can see I have 3 free plans created on Memberstack (the ones with the tags [Badge]. They should appear on Zapier no?Thanks.

Upload Employee File in BambooHR from Zinc - finding the employee

Hi I’m trying to link Zinc to BambooHR and have the candidate file from Zinc pull through to their profile on BambooHR. The link would be for the Zinc name to match with the BambooHR name. However (see screenshot) it looks like it’s trying to connect it to a specific employee profile which doesn’t seem particularly useful. If I select custom, I tried pulling through the Zinc first name and Zinc last name to to find the relevant employee but it won’t pick up their profile from this. Any ideas?

Table data not being added, Lookup Field says Field1, not the name of the column

Hi, I have a zap like this  And a table like this…  Since editing the zap, it doesn’t add the email address to the table, it sends the email, and when I test the zap, it adds the email address to the table, but it’s not automatically adding it to the table when the zap runs.I want to recreate the Find record step but I’m worried it will break the zap, as I’ve edited it before and the zap stopped working after the delay steps expired, even though what I edited, shouldn’t have affected the later steps in the zap.

Cannot attach multiple files to Slack message

Hi there! Trying to build a zap that takes responses to a typeform form and posts some pieces of information to slack. Users can upload up to 5 images through the typeform and I’d like to display all 5 of these images in a slack message, or if this isn’t possible, display at least one image in the slack message and attach a zip file with containing all the images as well. I’m using the out of the box typeform and slack integrations. At first I tried to embed all 5 images directly in the slack message body (see screenshot below): The resulting slack message did not render an image for each “file content” like I had hoped but instead had a link that led to this: Next I tried to include a) 1 image in the message field and b) all 5 images in the file section (see screenshot): the resulting slack message had a link to the first image and a zip file for the other images. The actual image was not rendered in slack. The link did download the first image when clicked on. I then thought that I c
