Zapier sending out emails to everyone & their brother

I had to turn the zap#1 off as it was sending everyone & their brother the on boarding docs. I can't have the system sending the docs out to every single email that comes in. I thought the AI was smart enough to distinguish real agents responding from my ads on craigslist to everyone else. Please let me know how we can fix this issue. Now it says: Copilot isn't responding right now. Payload too large. Stuck! 

 

Im ready to sign up but how can I when I cant get any assistance from anyone to help me, not even the AI copilot can help?

Sorry to hear your Zap is sending the onboarding docs to the wrong people. For the Copilot "Payload too large" error I wonder if it means the conversation with Copilot got too long 🤔 If so, starting a fresh Copilot session in another browser may help to get it responding again.

Not sure what email app is being used for the Zap’s trigger but it sounds like you may need to adjust the trigger’s settings to avoid it running for the wrong sort of emails. Alternatively, you might need to add a Filter by Zapier action to only allow the Zap to continue if the email meets certain conditions: Add conditions to Zaps with filters

If you've already got filtering in place, could you share some screenshots of the Zap's current setup? That'll help us get a better idea of what's causing the trouble. Just make sure to remove any personal info like names or email addresses before sharing, as this is a public forum. 🙂
