Hi i just want to cancel my plan here and i have a couple of weeks to process so wont charge on me.

Looking at that screenshot it seems your plan is due to be downgraded from the Pro plan to the Free plan on May 19, 2026. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle rather than immediately, so it looks like everything's already in motion and there's nothing else you need to do to complete the cancellation.

If you reach out to our Support team they’ll be able to look into your account and confirm that’s the case. And if there's anything else we can help with in the meantime, just let us know 🙂
