Looking at that screenshot it seems your plan is due to be downgraded from the Pro plan to the Free plan on May 19, 2026. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing cycle rather than immediately, so it looks like everything's already in motion and there's nothing else you need to do to complete the cancellation.
