Looking for an Italian-speaking expert help set up a lead capture workflow from Meta Ads to Odoo

Scenario attuale:

  • Utilizzo campagne Lead Ads su Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
  • I lead arrivano correttamente su Meta Business Suite
  • Sto utilizzando Zapier come ponte verso Odoo
  • In Odoo ho già configurato il CRM e le automazioni

Problemi riscontrati:

  • I lead arrivano duplicati (anche ogni 1-2 minuti)
  • Alcuni campi non vengono mappati correttamente
  • L’integrazione non è stabile (comportamento anomalo)
  • Possibili errori su webhook / trigger Zapier / gestione eventi Meta

Obiettivo:

  • Creare un flusso pulito e stabile Meta → Zapier → Odoo
  • Eliminare duplicazioni
  • Mappare correttamente tutti i campi (nome, email, telefono, ecc.)
  • Eventualmente migliorare il tracciamento (anche lato Conversion API)

Cerco qualcuno che:

  • Abbia già esperienza con Meta Lead Ads + Zapier + Odoo
  • Sia in grado di fare debug tecnico (webhook, eventi, mapping)
  • Parli italiano per lavorare velocemente

Current scenario:

I use Lead Ads campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
Leads are arriving correctly in Meta Business Suite
I'm using Zapier as a bridge to Odoo
I've already configured the CRM and automations in Odoo
Problems encountered:

Duplicate leads arrive (sometimes every 1-2 minutes)
Some fields aren't mapped correctly
The integration isn't stable (unusual behavior)
Possible errors with webhooks/Zapier triggers/Meta event management

Goal:

Create a clean and stable Meta → Zapier → Odoo flow
Eliminate duplications
Correctly map all fields (name, email, phone number, etc.)
Possibly improve tracking (including Conversion API)

I'm looking for someone who:

Already has experience with Meta Lead Ads + Zapier + Odoo
Able to perform technical debugging (webhooks, events, mapping)
Speaks Italian To work quickly

Usa l'API esterna di Odoo via Webhook by Zapier per cercare prima di creare.

Passaggi:

  1. Dopo il trigger di Meta, aggiungi Webhook by Zapier (POST)

  2. Chiama il metodo search_count di Odoo sul modello crm.lead con il dominio [["email_from", "=", "{{email}}"]]

  3. Aggiungi un Filtro - continua solo se il conteggio = 0

  4. Poi crea il lead

Per Odoo Online: Usa una API Key invece della password (si imposta nelle preferenze utente, tab Sicurezza Account).

Questo verifica se il contatto esiste già prima di crearlo, eliminando i duplicati.

Use Odoo's External API via Webhook by Zapier to search before creating.

Steps:

  1. After Meta trigger, add Webhook by Zapier (POST)

  2. Call Odoo's search_count method on crm.lead model with domain [["email_from", "=", "{{email}}"]]

  3. Add Filter - continue only if count = 0

  4. Then create the lead

For Odoo Online, use an API key instead of password (set in user preferences under Account Security).

This checks if contact exists before creating, eliminating duplicates.
