Hello, I set up Zapier to connect our gym software called Pike 13 to Zoom. The goal was to have our clients sign up for our zoom classes via the software. I completed this task on Saturday, May 30. I then set up the classes in Zoom, and placed the meeting registration link in the notes for each class. I tested the system 25 times, and it worked great, and the student received the zoom link upon registration. I also completely cleaned the Pike 13 schedule so that only the Zoom classes would show. This morning I got up and every Pike 13 class from last month now appears on Zoom, and each has their own meeting reg link. I turned off the zaps, and manually deleted the unwanted Zoom classes. The issue is also that Zapier created it’s own class in Zoom for the classes I have on the schedule for this week. These are classes in which I manually placed the Zoom link for the participants in the class notes, so they would receive it in their confirmation. As I mentioned, I have manually d

Hello, Iam trying to create a ZAP for Moodle, when a student is enrolled to a course as trigger. But iam already stucked in connecting zapier to moodle. First I got the error Code 403 forbidden, so i checked moodle and activated webservices in moodle and added a user for webservice login. Now I get an error: authentication failed: Error code invalidtoken: Ungültiges Token - Token wurde nicht gefunden My problem is that there is no documentation on the Connection with Moodle through zapier: which protocol is in use? Do I have to use a special URL? Do I need a special moodle plugin? Has anybody succesfully connected moodle with zapier and can help? Thanks alot, P.

It looks like your connected account doesn't have permission to complete this step. You should contact the administrator for your account and make sure you have the needed permissions. We made a request to api.pinterest.com and received (403) Forbidden.

Hello, we have an online course that we sell. Part of this course is a group zoom call. But users are only allowed to access it for 7 weeks from purchase. This means that users are only allowed to participate in the call for 7 weeks. Each call is recorded and the link is provided in the online course. However, I would like to restrict access to it. So you have to log in to see the recording. And the user who logs in may only view the records that are in their subscription period, regardless of whether they have participated. Is it possible to realize something like this?
Hello, Zapier is showing 8 succsessful tasks adding subscriber to converkit sequence when new lead in FB ads but when I go to Converkit I’m not seeing any new subscribers. I tried turning the Zap off and on. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
Hi everyone! We’re new to Zapier and are setting up our first Zap. We want to add events from our Google Sheet (Team Drive) to Google Calendar automatically. The adding is no problem, but we also want to update existing events if we make changes in the Google Sheet. We tried with: New or Updated Spreadsheet Row (Team Drive) in Google Sheets Find or Create Event in Google Calendar Update Event in Google Calendar So far, events get Created, but existing events don’t get updated. Can maybe someone point out what we’re doing wrong? Thanks!

Due to work requirements, I often need to record online meetings on Microsoft Teams, Zooms, Skype, etc. I install Joyoshare Screen Recorder on my Windows 10 and Mac, which can help me capture conversations in 1080P with sound. But I bought Linux three days ago, and I'm looking for a video recorder that maybe just as powerful as Joyoshare. Which one are you using on Linux? Any recommendations would be appreciated. Everything works as expected besides that I’m not able to to get data from custom fields which I created in Pipedrive? It’s a custom field related to a deal and I just want to read the data from it. Hi all, I am new to Zapier , so would welcome any guidance. I posted an EventBrite ad for a webinar, created a zap to trigger a zoom registartion. worked fine. Then as it’s a weekly zoom webinar, I created it as a recurring event in zoom and changed the event on EB to multiple choice for dates, essentially creating a master event with a number of future dates scheduled and available. Now I cant seem to get the zap to work, I can see the ¡multiple events created in EB in the first stage of the zap creation but is impossible to determine which event is relevant for the Zap, the each have a unique string of numbers that I cannot reconcile with on the EB page. What I would like to know is will Zapier work in this configuration? Multiple EB dates for customers to select from, triggering a corresponding registration within Zoom so as to send out the link for the required event. Thanks T

Hi everyone! First of all I apologize in advance for any spelling or syntactic error, because English is not my first language. I am having this issue when I try to add a Create Contact in Tokko Broker. Basically the Facebook Ads to Google Spreadsheet part of the zap was working great. My client asked me if I could add an automation for Tokko Broker, and granted me all access. I followed the step-by-step, linked the API to Zapier, and it seems like it was done successfully. However, when I try to “Send Data & Continue”, it enters a loading phase and then stays there forever. And when I open the Tokko Broker, I can’t find the new Web Contact anywhere. Any idea what could be wrong with this? Thanks!

I have a Zap that triggers off the Scheduler then calls an App to gather data from a Webhook, populates a Google Spreadsheet template, copies the template file to a archive Google folder and finally emails the new file via Gmail. My issue is one that I see others have had where now I need to remove the rows from the template for tomorrow’s report. I don’t want a running report. So I have another Zap that triggers on the new row within the template sheet that calls a find row and then delete row. I find that the delete Zap doesn’t always delete all rows or even fire everytime. I could use some advice from the community whether there is a better way to create a new sheet and populate the data or to reset my master template for the next report. Thank you!

Hi! I'm duplicating and renaming a Trello (template) board following a trigger I pulled from the Rentman API. This template board is loaded with cards I want to fill with info from the trigger. During testing step by step this works perfectly, but when going through the whole zap, Zapier can't find the cards and creates duplicates. Simplified version of the ZAP: ...Trigger and pulled input... Copy Board in Trello Find or Create List on a Board in Trello - input: Board ID from 2this step is able to find the list in the created copy of the template board Find or Create Card in Trello - input: Board ID from 2, List ID from 3, Card name copy/pasted from card on template board.this step is able to find the board and list, but not the card, while the “Card Name” field is a direct copy past from the template board. - and therefore creates a new card, with the exact same name, which is updated in the next step. Update Card in Trello - input: Board ID from 2, List ID from 3, Card ID from 4. C
