We wish to create a Zap initiated in LinkedIn and triggering a value update in SalesForce. More specifically, we want the creation of a tag in LinkedIn to update our SalesForce contact custom field value matching by email. The objective is to synchronize LinkedIn tags with our SalesForce contact record tags.   Can this be done? If so how do you recommend we set it up? Thanks in advance

Hi all,   I'm creating a Zap that inputs city-specific newsletter signups from my website into the relevant city’s mailing list, hosted as Google Sheets files on Google Drive. Having used ‘Find a File in Google Drive’ based on the city value submitted on the form, I cannot get Zapier to then ‘Create a google sheets spreadsheet row’ in the previously identified file.   I am receiving a ‘Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Google Sheets’ error as shown on the screenshot below.   Any idea how I can get this to work - perhaps a different value is needed in the ‘Spreadsheet’ field?

Hi, I am not able to pull my new webinar data from zoom to create a new registrant. The webinar list won’t show up on the new zoom. However I was able to use Legacy zoom as a trigger and it pulls the data (New Registrant)  but I can’t place it at the end of the zap flow as it is not in the option. Simply put, I want that Legacy zoom to be available on the app list as the new one has a lot of bugs and won’t talk properly to zapier.  I keep getting this error on the new zoom. It was working ok before, now it’s not.  

Hi, I’m trying to set up a Zap to take Eventbrite registrations into a Zoom webinar registration. I have several fields in the Zoom registration that are required, which are also in the Eventbrite registration, but I can’t figure out how to map them to the Zap. It looks like it is limited to just the basics. But when I test the zap, I get an error message. Here’s a screenshot of my Zap editor, and a screenshot of the error. Hi All,I hope I could explain what I want to achieve with Zapier - and of course to find out how do it.The scenario is this:I have a google sheet with some calculated data, regarding 4 parameters i'm monitoring.If one parameter is dropping under certain value - i want to send an email notify me. My issue is - if 4 of the parameters are dropping under the threshold - I will get 4 email and I don't want it.Is it possible to create an email (via gmail, not other 3rd party marketing platform or stuff like that) that will show certain lines if certain conditions are met?For example, my parameters are a,b,c,d. a and c are below the threshold.So Ill get an email that will say -Hiplease notice that param a and param c are below the threshold.Tomorrow params a,b, and d are below the threshold - I will get the same email saying param a,b and d are below the threshold.(I don't want to create 15 different emails to cover all possibilities, and if tomorrow I'll have a 5th param

I'm looking into using this at our company. What i'm trying to figure out is, if i have a company of 150 employees, would each individual user wishing to make use of Zapier need an account? Or does it work that as admin, we have a Zapier account, we establish the link between the two systems (let's say Slack and Jira) and everytime a user does something specific in slack using a zapier command, that triggers a zap, that's then logged in our account? Do you handle this as an admin at your company - and individual users will request ‘zaps’ set up?

Hi All,   I’ve set up a series of zaps to copy over files from one Box folder to different Box folders whenever a new file is uploaded.  If I were to create a new version of that original file, how could I set it it so that all the copies of that file are similarly updated?

We need the ability to have different credentials for the same service and I cannot seem to figure out how. Let me explain.  We have two clients, A and B. Client A has a webform and uses Hubspot as their CRM.  Client B has their own webbform and also uses Hubspot for sales. I create a ZAP that uses a Webhook (long story, needs to be there) to connect to HubSpot using the credentials for Client A. Everything works great.  I go to do the same thing with client B (again, webhook to Hubspot, long story). The connection to hubspot is already there, but when I  click Add new, it creates another using Client A’s credentials. IThere is no place to edit or change them to Client B’s. If I tell it to reset the credentials in the ZAP, it resents for both.    How can I get two connections/accounts, an A and a B?

Hiya, I’m having trouble with a zap that cannot find a Sheet created in the previous step. If I hard code the Sheet ID directly from Google Drive it works. If I select a specific sheet it works. I can even select the specific sheet that has been created in the previous step from the list of spreadsheets in my Drive. But if I try to reference it dynamically using the ID from the previous step it errors out with “Zapier had trouble retrieving custom fields from Google Sheets.” What am I doing wrong? Cheers Lucy  

I would love to see support for Typeform’s Responses_API Adding a trigger “Find Typeform submission” would allow us to use an email address to find the user’s original Typeform submission, and pull their responses through into other apps. Use case came up because VideoAsk currently doesn’t support hidden fields other than contact_name and contact_email. If they did, this likely wouldn’t be necessary, but I could see it being super useful in other cases. 

Issue Since upgrading from the deprecated version of Nationbuilder, I notice these two fields Email Opt In and Mobile Phone Opt In have defaulted to the values of Yes and Yes. Whenever I change those values to our custom google sheet fields, Email Opt In and Mobile Phone Opt In, the zaap reverts back to the default nationbuilder fields when the page is refreshed. Why is this? Is this a bug? Temporary Work-Around We would prefer having the custom values on the google sheets because those values changes from YES to NO depending on what a person selects on the Google Form. For now, we have found a way to work around this by creating custom fields to the bottom.   [Edited by moderator to remove private information from image]

Hi everyone,  This might be a dumb question with an easy answer but here goes:  My company has switched over to Hubspot as our first CRM provider. It currently sync with all of our Shopify data. However,    We use a Shopify app, Recharge, for our monthly billing as we are a subscription service Recharge is not able to relay the length of the subscription term OR how much of the term is left each billing cycle Recharge does not sync directly with Hubspot Is there a proper Zap to enable Recharge to relay the subscription term over to Hubspot? And if so, is it possible to also show how much term is left in the subscription after each billing cycle?  Example: Customer A signs up for 6 months. All of their customer info in Shopify automatically syncs as a new contact record in Hubspot except for the info about their subscription term (6 months). When Recharge bills Customer A, it shows up in the “Deals” section in their Hubspot contact record. This is where we’d like it to show “Deal #0000

I am attempting to add my own API for the program of paylocity.    The documentation can be found here: https://docs.paylocity.com/weblink/guides/Paylocity_Web_Services_API/Paylocity_Web_Services_API.htm#section/Authorization   Where I am lost is that Zapier platform is requiring an authentication url. However, the url on the documentation for the Paylocity API it states that it uses the grant type of “client_credentials”.   I am able to successfully request a access token on Postman but when I enter all the same information on the Zapier platform, the required fields are throwing me off. Postman did not require an authentication url and the API documentation does not give me one.   Any advice?   Thanks

Howdy,  I am attempting to sync a company from Hubspot to Zendesk. I’ve setup the connection into both apps and verified they are successful. I have admin permissions on both.  The sync is pretty straight forward: When a new company in Hubspot has its Lifecycle field is set to Customer Zapier should create the company in Zendesk and copy over the fields I’ve specified.  My problem is when the zap runs it doesn’t copy anything over since none of the fields match the filter. It appears what’s happening is zapier is expecting a “new” account to already have the Lifecycle field to be filled in when it’s created. I can’t figure out what zapier thinks is a new account.   I want to avoid copying over every company in Hubspot to Zendesk. I only want companies that have been won as a new customer.  Some screenshots to show what is happening have been attached. Any thoughts on why Zapier isn’t working?     

Hi Guys  Does anyone know, if it’s possible to combine/join data from two difference tables directly through Zapier? Or will it require that I create a custom table in my database, where I combine the tables and make the reqeust to that?  So the case are this: I’m running a “3 offer” platform  When a new task is created (in table A “Tasks”) I make a Zapp to slack  When a task receives a new offer/bid (in table B “Bids”), I make a Zapp to slack  I would like to create a thread pr task and each bid recieved as replies to the related task thread, is it possbile?   Thanks! After years of ‘thinking’ about using zaps, finally trying to give it go. I have connected CLUST to Zapier with the API The two connect, and I can pull in test data. But the test data is not the fields on the form the client has completed, but rather information about the form.  eg. the form owner, the due date on it, etc.   I want to see the fields the client filled in on the Clust form.   I see them referenced but only in a big long string. Then I wanted to use the form fields to complete a DocuSign template I have… saying ok, form Clust take the phone number an put it on DocuSign Template 123 the phone number field.   However, I can’t seem to see the fields of a DocuSign template being available.   In the end all I am really trying to do is have client fill in a Clust Form, and when its submitted, have it sent to docusign for it to go out for signing.      What am I not understanding here?      Thanks.  

Hi, I have created a zap using Gmail and Airtable. The email gets sent to my print vendor and is triggered from a view in Airtable that is named “Send To Print”. Most orders have 1 item that is going to print, but some have items that we call “Add Ons”. They basically accompany the primary print piece.  My question is: Can I customize the email template, so that it will list “Add On” items, only if there are any? If not, the entire section (outlined in red below) would be left out of the email. Or, only the item that had a quantity filled in, would be sent in the email.     I’ve attached screenshots of the email, the zap as it currently is, and a record in Airtable.  I hope this makes sense.    Email: Zap:   Airtable Record where the data is pulled from:  

I have a form, via WPForms, that works for the most part.  All data from form comes into Zapier correctly. It’s supposed to push data to a Zendesk ticket.  Which it does for all data except “Dropdown”, “Multiple Choices”, or “Checkboxes”.  I just cant get it to post the data for these fields with choices. I try and select Advanced Options, and select the data, but it doesn’t save. Have others run into this issue?

It seems that I can not monetize my meetings with zoom pro only   I have to add on webinar to do that    is that correct ?

Just trying to set up my zap sync and need help on the replies section - can't find the link they require for review name and reply - driving me batty!
