We use Eventbrite for event registration, but their confirmation email/system is not the best for webinars.
After someone registers for our webinar event in EventBrite, I want it to trigger a zap that will invite the person to registered to a calendar appointment that includes the link to the webinar when it is time to join.
I’d like people to get a notification similar to the attachment.
What app could help provide this?
I’d recommend just using Gcal if you can?
Is there anything preventing you from using that?
You’d need a Calendar event for each Eventbrite event. Your Zap would then look like this:
If people accept the invitation, then their own calendars should notify them prior to the event, but if you also wanted to send out your own reminder, you could set up a Zap like this:
