Zap receives 6 files via WebhookThat is, 6 zap is madeBut only one file passes through the filterAre the tasks in ZAP that were stopped by the filter counted?Only one Zap is successfulDo the 5 Zaps that were stopped by the filter have their tasks counted (the tasks before the filter)?  The Tasks located before the filter.   The 6 Zap created but only one is successful and the others are stopped due to the filter (inRunHistory)

How do I modify the capitalize rule in Zapier Formatter for specific cases in names?

I’m sending lead information from Podio to a Google sheet that is shared with our clients, so I want to make sure everything the client sees on the sheet is properly formatted and professional. I’m using the Formatter to capitalize the first letter of each word in the “Name” field, but I’m running into a problem when there is an attached prefix for the last name such as “Mc” like McKnight or “De” like DeSalle. I have the reverse issue when the prefix is separate and it needs to stay lower case, such as “van” in van Gogh or “de la” in de la Mare.I know these kinds of names are already tricky, but is there a way to modify the capitalize rule for specific cases?

How to reduce Zap tasks using Google Sheets?

Hello I am new on ZapierI am using it to move the data from google sheets to Notion tables so the team can tag and do follows back on the leads  But I think I am using many zapsor maybe my way of use this is rusty. Maybe if this update just once or twice per day will be enough. my big concerns is I do not know if each data/ row is a credit, if so…. I will get out of credit very fast.Now I am using two zaps one every time a new row is createdand another every time a row is updated ( because when I only use the previous one some data where missing)  thanks.  Zap 2Zap 1

Hey, I am looking for help to finish my Slack automation. I want to enable the flowing scenario. If there is no emoji reaction to message in 10 minutes, create a thread and ping me. I set up a trigger for a new message, added Delay by Zapier and added action to find the right message by permalink. How do I do check if the message has any emoji reactions?

Hi,Similar to the "Find User by ID" Slack action, I would like to find the Slack user group by Slack group ID. I didn't see any existing actions to do this. Are there any workarounds available?I'm trying to use the "Add Reminder" action in Slack, and I need to provide a value for the "Remind who?" field. How can I prepopulate Oneflow fields with data from multiple Zoho CRM modules?

HIFirst time posting on this and I’m not really technical - so bear with me!Using Zapier for the first time and connecting Zoho CRM with ONeflow which is a contract/signing software.I’ve managed to do the basic part which is essentially find the record I need from a trigger - that being when the opportunity/deal in ZOho CRM is updated to ‘ready to sign’ it will trigger the creation of a contract in Oneflow.My challenge is that I want to prepopulate fields in Oneflow with information from Zoho CRM - however the information I need is in different modules (eg contacts and companies)  Does anyone know how I can grab data to fill out different fields in ONeflow by interrogating data from different modules in Zoho but using the same ‘trigger’.Hope that makes sense to someone more intelligent than meMIke

Hi, I am looking for assistance around formatting when I submit a record, via Zapier, to Jira.  I want to format the text in the description field so that in Jira it is formatted nicely. For example, in this image I would like ‘Change Overview’ to be bold and underlined, and ‘Title of Change’ to be bold.   Could someone please suggest how I would do this?  Thanks.

Is there a way to allow partial matches in "Find Record in Salesforce”?

Hi all, Can anyone advise if there is a way to allow for a partial match in the “Find Record in Salesforce” action?  In this instance I am trying to search for an existing opportunity by part of the name (a unique number that we use to distinguish projects in a proposal-generation system) and update its status (or create a new opportunity if not found).  Searching by just the number that makes up part of the name doesn’t return any results, but if I search for the entire name, it finds the opportunity no problem.  I also don’t appear to be able to use wildcards in the “Find Record in Salesforce" action either.  In Salesforce itself, searching by partial match finds the records without issue, so I’m not sure how the Zapier search differs.I have tested the “Find Record by Query” action, in which I can use wildcards and can find the record using a partial match, but with the “Find Record by Query” lacking the “Create if not found” functionality, I’m hesitant to create yet more paths withi

How do I fix inaccurate Zapier Chatbot location matching in a school carpool system?

I’m trying out the new Chatbot feature. I have two chatbots. One of them works great. And the other one doesn’t work, but I feel like it should. I work with a school. The school has an unofficial carpool program where parents fill out a carpool form to be added to the carpool database. The database contains the parent’s name, student’s name, home address, the campus the student goes to (there are five), and latitude and longitude coordinates to go along with the home address. All of this information is in a Google Sheet that syncs with a Zapier Table. When someone opens up the chatbot they are prompted to enter their home address, followed by the campus the student goes to. What’s supposed to happen is the chatbot will look through the Zapier table to find any parent addresses that are within 5 miles of the address the parent just entered AND goes to the same school that the parent just entered (both criteria are important). I have a situation where coordinating with 3 parties a time for scheduling a demo on a Microsoft Booking calendar is problematic when coordinating a time over async communication via email when each party belongs to separate organizations, and am seeking an automation solution.My company is a reseller of another companies software, and they have a demo calendar hosted by Microsoft bookings. I need to book appointments for prospects without giving the prospect the software companies calendar as this is meant for the reseller not the prospect to fill out.Is there a way that I could host my own Microsoft bookings or Calendly scheduling that takes into account my Google Calendar, that allows the prospect to choose a time on my calendar that pulls in the available slots on the Microsoft booking calendar, so the prospect is able to see the times that myself and the software company are available for a demo? Is there any way to periodically check for new emails?

Hi all, I have a zap that is triggered when an email is received and sends it to AI, does some categorisation and tagging  etc… before adding the entry to a google sheet etc… At the moment the zap uses about 3 tasks per email, and there is typically 600 in each campaign, and they are run every couple of days…. it is going to cost a fortune.Rather than run the zap every time an email comes in, I’d like it to kick of every hour, lowering the task usage of the zap.When I use Zapier Scheduler to ‘trigger’ the zap, the ability to check for new email matching search disappears from the next action.Co-pilot seems to be suggesting all sorts from scripts to how to send an email etc… searching the help hasn’t helped in this situation…. anyone come across this? I am pretty close to the problem, so it may be something obvious or I’m going about it the wrong way.What I usually see  What I see after inserting the scheduler before the outlook step (no option for new email matching search):

I am not sure if this is possible but I would like to create a Zap that has the Zoom scheduler feature check the availability of the salesforce calendar.  Right not the zoom scheduler only works off the outlook calendar and it is not picking up in person events.

How do I create an "Out of Office" event in Google Calendar using Zapier?

Haven’t had much success in getting this setup but has anyone been able to make a Zap that creates an OOO event in GCal? I can get it to do a regular event however this doesn’t have the auto-decline meetings ability that the OOO does. I tried the Custom actions and the AI bot but I can’t get everything setup as I want it (using attendees, variables, etc).

I have a WPForm in a WordPress website and Ive set up the Zap to transfer the form information into an Active Campaign new customer record. Ive managed to get all the usual things across like name, business name, email etc but how can a get the customer message into the AC record? Id possibly like it in notes or a custom field in AC.
