I’m completely new to Zapier, so I’m sorry if this is obvious. I’m trying to create a zap that will create a Salesforce Event when a Google Event is added to a shared calendar. I’d like it to find all attendees’ contact records in Salesforce and add them to this new Salesforce event record.

The zap is only finding 1 of the 3 contacts that are in the system. It doesn’t seem to be trying to find anything else after the first one.

The current set up I have are:

  • Action event = Find Record(s)
  • Search Results = Return all matching record (s)
  • If multiple search results are found = Return all results as line items.

I confirmed that we do have 3 contacts for the attendees. Does anyone have any idea why I can’t find all the contacts?

Hi @NPereira

Help links for using Salesforce in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/salesforce/integrations#help

For your Search Value field, it looks like you have static values in the input field.

Try using different combo of options for these fields.

TIP: For “If multiple search results are found” try using the default option.

Hi there, @NPereira 👋

Did Troy’s suggestions help you to fix that Find Record(s) action? Want to make sure this gets sorted—please keep us posted on how it went! 🙂
