Question

How do I track new demands sent and settlement amount changes in CASEpeer using Zapier and Google Sheets?

I’m reaching out for help connecting CasePeer to Google Sheets using Zapier. I’d like to automate a few tasks, but I’m running into limitations with the available trigger options. Specifically, I’m trying to:

  1. Automatically track when new demands are sent. However, Zapier doesn’t currently offer a trigger event for “New Demands Sent.”
  1. Track changes to the current settlement amount (from the Reports section in CasePeer). I was hoping to use a trigger event like “Settlement Status Change” that would activate when the settlement amount changes. Unfortunately, this trigger also seems to be unavailable.

Hi @dle

FYI: Most Zap app integrations are created and managed by the app developer using the Zapier Developer Platform.

You can try reaching out to CASEpeer Support for help and possible guidance about options to fire an automation for the desired trigger events.

CASEpeer API info: https://casepeer.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360043086271-Does-CASEpeer-have-an-Open-API

CASEpeer does not currently offer an open API, however, we have an integration with Zapier and a Nightly Data sync with CASEpeer Advanced.
If this is a suggestion you'd like to make, please reach out to support@casepeer.com with a list of desired endpoints.
