I need to link my transactions & tuition classes to invoices in Xero?
Does anyone know how I can do this please?

We may need more details to better understand the workflow you’re aiming to build.
As an initial suggestion, you could structure the workflow as follows:
Studio Pro (New Payment trigger) → Google Sheets (Create Spreadsheet Row – optional, if you want a separate record) → Xero (Create Sales Invoice).

Seeing some screenshots would definitely be helpful here, just to see what you’ve already tried.
It’s very possible that you could go directly from Studio Pro to Xero, but depending on any intermediary steps, you might need to add some extra action steps to make sure the information is in the format needed by Xero.
