Automating WhatsApp messages for new rows in a sheet

is it possible to automate any new row being added in a sheet gets sent to a whatsapp groupchat linked to my number?

i tried whatsapp notifications but it can’t send custom templates and can only send to my number

There is no Zap app integration available for WhatsApp Messages, only WhatsApp Notifications, which require using an available template.
