Google Sheets delayed in triggering despite 2min update time

Good morning!I have a proffesional account with an update time of 2 minutes.Now I notice that it often takes much longer than these 2 mint hours. My zaps work when a new row is added in Google Spreadsheets. I have the spreadsheet open and see the rows being added, then I wait for action from Zapier but this sometimes takes up to half an hour.I would like to hear if several people suffer from this and if anyone has a solution for this.Greetings,Thomas

Help! Zapier does not automatically detect certain cells for mapping from Google Sheets.

Hey everyone!The title highlights my current issue at the moment.The current data in the sheet was from a test from Zapier to make sure the correct sheet was selected.I tried to edit the column headers to have no spaces or hyphens, and the issue persisted. I've been trying to look if there is a script I can write or custom mapping in this submenu for the individual cell. It's weird because the sheet is recognized but not SOME cells.Any help would be appreciated!

What does this email from Zapier about deleting Shopify content mean, and how should I respond?

I received the following email from Zapier. I’m really not sure what it means and what I may have to do in response. The mentioned quick guide below seems to contain no relevant information and Zapier doesn’t seem to have a support team anymore. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. “Hi Peter, Shopify recently let us know that customer(s) of yours have requested that their Shopify content and metadata related to livelobikerental.myshopify.com be deleted from your Zapier account. The Shopify accounts related to this request can be found attached to this email.You can easily review the data you've stored on Zapier and delete as much or as little as you'd like.Here's a quick guide to deleting some or all of your Shopify-related data on Zapier.

How to tag existing subscribers and non subscribers as "New Donors" when they make a first donation on Zeffy

I am looking to tag new donors on Mailchimp but am having a hard time creating the path for it. What I would like to do is the following:Someone makes a donation on Zeffy First, the email is tested to see if they are already on Mailchimp If YES then they should be checked if they are already tagged as DONOR  If YES then nothing should happen If NO then they should be tagged as New donor If NO then they should automatically be tagged as New Donor How should I go about this, with filters and pathways?

How can I create a new app for the public directory?

Our service maintains event data for clients provides APIs so that it can be filtered and formatted for inclusion on client web pages. We want to provide an API for clients to also update the event data via triggers in Zapier. I think this means we want to publish our service as an app, so they can use triggers to access that API.If so, where do we start to integrate with the app platform protocols?

Hi everyone! I’m trying to optimize our process between OpenPhone and JobNimbus. Does anyone know how to set up a Zap in Zapier that creates a JobNimbus contact after an OpenPhone call and uploads the voice recording and transcript summary to the contact? Any suggestions would be appreciated!

How Do I Link Google Ads Conversion Tracking to Pardot?

I have set up conversion tracking for a new website in Google Ads. Triggers when a form submission is completed. I am using Zapier to try and link to Pardot.  Am I right in using the trigger - (New Lead Form Entry) Then the trigger (Add Prospect To List) - I am not familiar with Pardot, but do I need to create a list and in Pardot called Google Ads for example.  Thanks - every bit of online information says something different

List files in a specific folder on a specific Shared Drive (Google Drive API)

I’m trying to get a list of files in a certain folder in a specific shared drive via the Google Drive API Request integration.  The Shared Drive ID is static, it won’t change.  The ID of the folder I need the list for is retrieved from a previous step.I’m using the URL: https://www.googleapis.com/drive/v3/filesAnd the following parameters:driveid = [id of shared drive] corpora = drive includeItemsFromAllDrives = true supportsAllDrives = true q:parents = [ID from previous step]After a bunch of trial and error, the step finally executes with a 200 and the list of files.  The problem is that the files aren’t restricted to just the parent folder I want.  The result set has over 50 files, but there are only 3 in the folder I’m testing with. Any words of wisdom?

Field Errors with ChatGPT Extract Structured Data

Hi, all!  This is my first post so bear with me.  I am having a strange and recurring error with ChatGPT’s Extract Structured Data Zap.  The basic setup is 1) Conversation with Assistant → 2) Extract Structured Data from conversation → 3) Create Calendar Event → 4) Sending a Text Message.  This sequence is pictured below.  The issue I’m having repeatedly is that downstream applications are not pulling the data that is extracted by ChatGPT.  In this error, although ChatGPT successfully extracted the data (my client’s name and their phone number), neither Google Calendar nor KENECT pulled that information into their Zaps. From ChatpGPT (Redacted):  From Google calendar:  From Kenect: Can anyone think of a reason that would explain why this data is not being populated in the downstream Zaps?

Test data shows up from Cognito Forms, but when mapping fields to Google Sheets, data is no longer there.

I have a few zaps already running between Cognito and Sheets. It’s only transferring date from submissions on Cognito to different Sheets depending on what that data is. My problem recently is, I had a request to add an address column to a contact sheet. I added the field on Cognito no problem. The issue came when it was time to add that to the zap that compiles contact information. I set it up like have for everything else. When setting up the trigger with the new test data, the data shows up fine and exactly how I need it. However, once i go to map that data to a field in Sheets, that data no longer shows up and I am unable to map it. I’ve tried making a brand new zap to see if maybe it was an issue with the one I already had. It still will not show up. In fact, when i go to other zaps I’ve already built and have long been working, the test data shows up when testing the trigger, but it will not show up when mapping fields to google sheets.Personal/Identifying Information has been co

BambooHR Integration with Microsoft Teams

We’re looking into the possibility of integrating our HR system, BambooHR with Office 365 (MS Teams) in regards to flowing specific contact/profile information from BambooHR to Office365. These data points would include things like Job role/titles, departments, phone numbers, etc.)The use case for this is that BambooHR is our ‘master’ source of all employee information and we’d specifically like to see consistent data displayed within O365 and Microsoft Teams for employees. I looked at the Zapier integrations and it doesn’t look like there is anything that would help with this specifically. Has anyone else done this? Let me know if you need anything clarified.

Need help creating a Thinkific Account via Zapier

Hello,I need some help with integrating with Thinkific.  I think the biggest problem is that I can’t seem to get good debugging info.  I am trying to use Zapier to automatically add a user to our Thinkific account, but everything I try fails.  The Zapier help is not helpful.  Where can I look to find out specifically why it keeps rejecting my data?I am an accomplished programmer (not so much in Zapier, however), so I can handle the tech details. Thank you.

Google Sheets integration: Error 502 (Server Error)!!1

Hello everyone, I'm running more than 10 zaps with Google Sheets integrations and the step “Find Spreadsheet Row in Google Sheets” sometimes gives an error “Error 502 (Server Error)!!1”. The 1 is not a typo. It started happening about a month ago in all my 10 zaps. I don't see a pattern when it does/doesn't happen. Does anyone know how to fix this, or have ideas of what I could try?Best,Caspar

Email address invalid in Constant Contact

I am trying to get a zap to work that takes users from a from in Learnworlds and adds it to a list in Constant Contact. So far everything is working but the last step gives me an error message that says the email is invalid. It seems like a legit email to me so not really sure what to do here.

This was the suggested Zap. It identifies the clients correctly from aroflo however doesn’t bring in the details of the client to update mailchimp. Looking for suggestions how i can get the additional information from aroflo once the client has been identified.

HoneyBook Fields Returned in Zap

I’m creating a Zap to pull data from a Lead Form in HoneyBook. I am trying to find out if the data includes the name for a Lead Form - or even a name of a product/service in the lead form?  I am able to get name, payment, etc. But in the list of fields, I only see File, File Name - etc.  I want to create a Zap for when a product and/or service is paid for through the lead form. So far the only thing I can see available is payment amount. (Which down the line would mean I can only have one product that is that price?). Thanks for any insight.

WooCommerce Line Details Unusable Outside Testing

Hi there, I am trying to transfer WooCommerce oders into Bitrix24 and I am having problems. I use the WooCommerce connector and the Line item in an order event as I can have multiple line items with different products Let’s skip Bitrix24 for now as my problems are someplace else I need specific fields from the line item, such as a dropoff date or pickup date In test the fields are there and filled and the testing option works great! Hello, I am wondering if I am able to pull any contact information from my connections on LinkedIn to Zapier.  As I understand I can’t pull any new connections, but what about existing connections? Alternatively what about the conversations I have in LinkedIn, am I able to pull those into Excel or elsewhere?  Thanks. Im trying to figure out the functionality of LinkedIn with Zapier as it’s the only social media platform i use.  Thanks.

How to Set Up an Inactivity Trigger in Linear

Hey everyone, I use this resource for the first time as I need to set up a Zap and haven’t been able to figure out how. I need to set up an inactivity trigger for a specific Team in Linear. The idea is that this zap can identify when no new comments have been made on an issue for 2 weeks. Whenever this happens I need it to change status and/or send a message to Slack.Is there a way to do this? I have used the copilot, help function and ChatGPT which all give me very different answers with Zap actions I don’t have available.

Dropbox to S3 error: Response payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes)

I have a Zap that sync new files under dropbox folder to S3 bucket. I passed the test when I set up the Zap but when I published the Zap I received an email saying: Your Zap could not be turned onWe were not able to turn on your Zap “Dropbox to S3 New Files Automation” due to the following issues after running our checks…Step 1 - New File in {folder_path} in DropboxResponse payload size exceeded maximum allowed payload size (6291556 bytes).I have other Zaps of the same functionality (while sync files from different dropbox folder to different s3 bucket) which run successfully. Not sure why this one fails. The file size under this specific folder is from 4KB - 25KB. The total amount of files under this folder is fewer than 4000.
