So I am using zapier to create the workflow below. I have been testing it and it seems to run but when I actually use trial leads to test the system its not been delivering the functions for each one.
I think I may have found a snag but not sure and would love some insight.
The way I setup the zap is as follows:
Now when I test it, the steps seem fine until step 5 which isnt the actual issue I am seeing on my other workflows.
I notice when someone puts there info on my website xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com which should trigger step 1 they sometimes arent getting tagged properly but even when they are they are not being added to step 2 ie trainerize client update
However sometimes step 3 and 4 seem to work with the number and email going to those specific workflows.
Im curious if anyone can provide any insight or suggestions on where to explore next or what to do?
Im wondering if me using a double verification on my website when someone opts in might be jamming up the system or causing issues.
