How can I share the administration of my Zaps to someone else?

I think you need teams plan to do that otherwise you probably have to create template.

Sparsh is correct, it’s currently only possible to change ownership of a Zap on Zapier’s Team or Enterprise plans. As you’re on a Professional plan you’d instead need to share a template of the Zap. Seems the incorrect guide link (https://zapier-82f0e938.mintlify.app/platform/publish/zap-templates) was shared previously, it’s our Share a template of your Zap guide here that you’d want to reference instead.

After you’ve shared a copy of your Zaps, the person you’ve shared them with would then need to update the Zap with their own account connections and need to add in any manually typed values. Once the new Zaps have been updated they can be switched on and the original Zaps in your account can then be switched off. 

Also want to note that Zaps with code steps, private apps, legacy apps, legacy triggers, or legacy actions can’t have a template shared. In those cases the Zap would need to be recreated from scratch, but our Copilot assistant can help to build the Zap for them.
