I’m trying to use Zapier to create an integration that will take entries from a Google Forms survey and 1) add new entries; 2) update existing entries (e.g. email or phone # contact) in Google Sheets.Basically trying to use Google Sheets to store member info, and want the contact portions to get auto-updated so I don’t have to manually change pre-existing fields. Hello, I’m new to Zapier and the first attempt fails :( I have selected Drive → The folder where I upload the invoices → LexofficeBut I have no idea what Zapier want me fill in the screenshot below, makes no sense for me.Whatever I choose I get an error afterwards.. But what exactly do they mean with customize file? I dont get it.. I just want Zapier to upload the files i dont need any customization.. Thank you in advance :)

Two requests I am working on for my employer.First, I would like have the data from the Wufoo forms automatically sent to staff at our center. Currently, I have to login and download the csv or excel file and email to the front desk and accounting. I have contacted Wufoo directly and they do not provide this service.Second request was to find a way to automatically add names from donors to the website after they donate online via Wufoo.
I have a client looking to have some automated email that tells them how many tasks they’ve used that day. Their pain point is that they’ll log into their zapier account once every few weeks and sometimes will see that their task usage is almost up. Does anyone know if I can do this or infer this data from some other integration?
Hi,none of the tasks (orders processes from magento 1.9) are run within 15 minutes.for example order created in magento at 2020-11-13 15:18:23 and it task was run successfully in zapier at 2020-11-13 15:45:5427 minutes delayis there any thing I can do in magento to sort it out as support says something in magento is not allowing zapier to pick up the task.many thanksAssaf
I have a ZAP setup that will duplicate a calendar event from the first cal to the second cal,I cant seem to find a way to delete the first ( manually ) and then have ZAP auto delete it from the second cal. Am I totally missing something here? Thanks!
Hi everyone!I have a problem, I am trying to automize this process: New contact in shopify → add contact in google contacts → add new contact into a google contact group (label).I managed to make the first 2 steps work, but the third step does not work. Actually, it works during the test but with real cases it does not add the new contact in the seected group (label)Does anyone know how to create this process in the right wa? Thanks
Hello,Let me preface by saying I’m not a developer. I can shell script along with some PowerShell, but that’s my limit.The goal is to pull project data from Insightly and put the information into Trello. I have a Zap built that will create a board with the Project Name from Insightly. Now I wish to pull the project activities and events from Insightly and create lists in the newly created board.I can create a separate Zap, or create a 3rd step, to add the lists to the board, but since the board name is going to be named after the project name, it will never be the same. Thus when the ‘list zap’ runs, I need it query the Insightly project name, find that board in Trello, then create the lists.I have a feeling this is going to require coding beyond my skillset, but I really hoping I’m just missing something obvious.
I saw a related topic to my question and noticed a Zapier representative responded back indicating that they would send this request to their developer team given that Zapier does not support this feature. Is there an update regarding the request? I find it strange that this feature does not exist when sending one document for multiple signatures is a MAJOR feature used with DocUsign……
Hello!I am new to Zapier pro so am rapidly learning all the new features.I have a Google Spreadsheet that generates an email when the word “Yes” is added to a column named Approved. I have that conditional zap set up fine.I’d like to set up another Zap (if possible) to send an email with a link to an evaluation form, 1 week after the date in the Date column.Is this possible? It would build on the earlier Zap, and only go to people who were approved earlier.
Hi, I am trying to send out team invites to email@example.com . unforutnately even after various retries ,i am unable to receive team invite emails .i am using gsuite for managing my company emails.I talked to gsuite and they said no email ever reached them so the issue must be with zapier

YouTube’s API supports triggers whenever someone leaves a superchat or joins the channel as a member. IFTTT was making use of this for me with a Google Sheets integration before they dropped their free services tier.I’m surprised that Zapier doesn’t have this integration yet. Am I missing something? I much prefer Zapier for this kind of stuff so it’s disappointing not to see it here.
Yesterday, the time stamps on consent list were delayed only for certain customers.There was an action at 14:45, but it was reflected in the list after 20:00 on the same day.And the clicked time was reflected.What are the possible causes for this issue?Other customers also left a timestamp on the same list, but was reflected successfully.
Hi, I’ve setup a Facebook Lead Trigger that connects to Mail Chimp. When setting up the app, I’ve successfully aggregated lead data from Facebook and sent that data to the correct Mail Chimp audience...in test mode only. The app has been live for over a week and isn’t piping any data to Mail Chimp automatically. I checked my Facebook campaign and the account has garnered over 125 leads since the launch of the Zap App. Please Advice.
Hi, I am trying to create a automation where I want to post a message on the private slack channel. The issue here is Zapier is not able to populate the private slack channels available in the workspace, while I see the public channels in the Zap. Can someone please help me ASAP
Because there was an issue integrating Mailchimp directily to my Acuity account (GDPR issues), I created a zap so that when new classes get booked, that person automatically gets subscribed to my mailing list in Mailchimp. There were no errors when I created the zap. I had a new member sign up the other day. But she wasn’t added to my Mailchimp. Help!
Hey Community, I’m trying to take a form submission from my website (hosted by squarespace) to Google Sheets and then auto-generate an email to the form submitter. I’m getting all the way through this seeing the information go through to sheets but no email is being sent. I think the easiest thing to do would be to do this all in a single 3 step Zap, however, I’m on the free plan right now. Do you all think that breaking this up into 2 separate Zaps is causing the mix up? The second zap that is having trouble is: triggered by new sheet row - email column - email. Is there a step there that I’m missing? Thanks for the help.
I’m a coach that works with 1:1 clients. Current process:Client schedules a free session via Calendly. Calendly tags it in my CRM ActiveCampaign. Free session happens. Client wants to move forward. I create a recurring invoice via Wave that autocharges their credit card. They use a different Calendly appointment to schedule all sessions going forward.My pain point/what I’m trying to do is twofold:When an invoice is mark paid in Wave > record somewhere (??) that x number of sessions are available. (Most often case scenario: they pay for item X in Wave each month that allows for them to book 2 sessions that month, so I need placeholder 1 and placeholder 2 to end up somewhere). Once they schedule a Calendly appointment, it throws the date in placeholder 1 above. Once they schedule another Calendly appointment, it throws the date in placeholder 2 above.This process repeats.
