How do I confirm an email that was sent to email by Zapier

I’m trying to forward email from my gmail account into “email by Zapier.” When I add Zapier’s email address, gmail sends an email that has a link that needs to be clicked to confirm the forwarding address. 

 

How do I access the email that gmail sent and click the link?
