How do I automate customer data transfer from LeadConnector to Google Sheets to Simpro?

I am trying to do a simple customer from GHL to Google sheets to customer in Simpro automation, it is working every time I’m running the test but not when I’m adding in new customers into the spread sheet. has anyone got any ideas?
